A specialist designation allows office managers to restrict complex or high-value jobs exclusively to designated technicians. The dispatch workflow begins when office staff create a job entry containing customer information, service address and job specifications, which triggers automated routing to available technicians based on their tier status. Technicians receive push notifications on mobile devices and can accept or reject assignments, with accepted jobs providing integrated navigation to customer locations. Live GPS tracking updates technician locations every three seconds on a centralized map visible to office managers.
Job completion triggers automated commission calculations based on individually configured split arrangements per technician. The system supports custom payout structures that accommodate different compensation models across the workforce. Technicians capture job completion evidence through photo documentation, with images automatically deleted after thirty days. Revenue tracking features allow analysis over customizable time periods and support export of data in CSV format for accounting integration. Earning reports are available to both office administrators and individual technicians.
Payment processing integration through Stripe Connect enables technicians to charge customer credit cards directly in the field with funds deposited into the business owner’s Stripe account. Communication channels within the platform maintain all correspondence between office managers and individual technicians. The software implements enterprise grade data isolation with AES two hundred fifty six bit encryption to ensure complete separation of information between company accounts. The system accommodates immediate dispatch for urgent service calls along with scheduled assignments for future dates and times. Technician management tools allow office administrators to add workers, assign tier classifications and specialist roles, modify commission settings and terminate access through an administrative dashboard.
