X4 BPMS is an automated business process management software that includes four products, X4 Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), X4 Activities and X4 Adapters, which enable users to model, technically implement, execute and monitor all business processes. Process automation, integration and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) tools help users connect IT systems, transform data, monitor services, and integrate people into business processes through a web portal or app.
X4 allows users to manage business processes and technical workflows with import and export technology, business process documentation tools, and business activity monitoring (BAM) functionality. Graphical design tools enable users to model complex business processes. Documentation tools assist users in establishing and maintaining company-wide quality standards. Business activity monitoring allows users to test, monitor and analyze business processes.
X4 ESB provides users with the technology to connect IT systems, transform data and monitor services. Data mapping, exporting and service monitoring technology supports specific use cases such as IT system integration, invoicing, secure data transfer, document processing, and data converting/transforming processes.
X4 Activities allows users to build human workflows and integrate employees, customers, and suppliers into business processes with business app portal and mobile application access. X4 Activities supports workflow management with authorization functions, mail baskets, intelligent order management, calendar and map modules.
X4 BPMS offers more than 200 adapters and connectors which enable users to transfer data as well as securely process emails, documents, and more.
