Pros
The team is great, their UI is great. This is a very professional tool I highly recommend anyone using.
We're confident this software is one of the best on the market, and we highly recommend it to businesses looking to streamline their workflows and improve productivity.
The opportunity is quite endless and they're improving the app on a weekly basis. The support is very kind and helpful.
Cons
So for some, the dislike could be that the onboarding modal was a bit confusing since it broke several times.
The lack of marketplace templates and API Listening costs you dearly as it's charged per minute, irrespective of whether anything is being transmitted.
Additionally, the process of manually adding missing apps using the App Integrator could be time-consuming and cumbersome at times.

Exceptional tool with great value for money

Reviewed 2 months ago

I continue to use it every day and always looking for new ways of integration to make our routine easier. I already recommend it to several friends who are satisfied too!

Pros

I was surprised at how much this tool made our job easier. From automations to connect platforms to AI-powered automations to help us in creative processes. Every time I needed support, it was quick and very polite. RecommendI was surprised at how much this tool made our job easier. Some integrations don't have well-explained documentation

Consistently getting better

Reviewed a month ago

Other than Albato, I have used Zapier, Pabbly, Make and KonnectItz. I do not find Albato the easiest to use; however, it is one of the more powerful automation apps. There's an App Integrator that lets you create your own apps and offers endless options with support for API access. Which makes Albato a great investment for those wanting more advanced automations. I am impressed so far with the number of pre-built apps that has been added over the past year.

Pros

I find the connection interfaces and automation screens very easy to follow and organize compared to some of the other apps. The detailed history logs and error handling are top-notch. The App Integrator is also a great bonus, and I am looking forward to learning more and trying it out.

Cons

Unlike Pabbly, you have to stop automations before editing them. This doesn't sound like a big deal, but makes it much easier to fix errors without having to disrupt your incoming webhooks. I found this very handy with Pabbly and would love to see this implemented in Albato. Also, I find that Pabbly separates the incoming data better with headers, so it's a lot easier to understand. I find with Albato, I usually have to check logs to see if I placed the data in the correct spots.

Great product, early stages.

Reviewed 10 months ago

So far, everything within the tool is perfect except for the third party integration apps.

Pros

Very competitive pricing and potential to be an amazing platform.

Cons

Not a lot of third party integration apps or some are not functioning as should.

A great replacement for Zapier and Pabbly

Reviewed 4 months ago
Pros

Without any knowledge of programming code you can connect to different services in a couple of minutes. The interface is very nice and there is documentation. And also there are already templates for frequently used integrations with services. The support team is quick to respond and help with all questions.

Cons

I didn't find any obvious disadvantages, there is a little confusion when setting up the integration with the pop-up window, but it's not critical for me

Useful Tool that looks promising

Reviewed a month ago

So far, so good, it looks like there is a solid framework in place to continue building on this product, I will keep working with it to ghet the most out of it.

Pros

Albato has many intrations available right out of the box, the interface is intuitive, and there is a free training program available to get started. It has many intregations available, I was surprised that some of the lesser known products I use are available right out of the box.

Cons

AITable(not AirTable) lacks the abillity to select a table located in a subfolder. I found a request for this from several months ago and Albato QA team said they did not see a problem. It is obvious if you use AITable in this manner, so I hope they get this fixed. I found some of the integrations limited in options, but webhooks offer a work-around for this.
