Pros

There are premade templates that are great, and provides awesome insight on how powerful the software really is. I frequently use their social media calendar, and the project list.
It has a great community of users with helpful suggestions and awesome ideas. Using one such idea I hooked up Airtable to Slack using Zapier and built custom notifications for myself.
I like to see a whole month's worth of content at one time. It is also super helpful that one team member can upload content and another can download from a different location.

Pros

Simple but very useful, for teamwork, monitoring the time of each task and each employee is excellent ... it helps the team and myself in my organization of the day.
I recommend this for the staff who work for me so they can ensure they're accounting for their correct number of hours worked. Have had a great experience with it so far.
Especially I like this for its excellent dashboard interface. Simple and best for everyone.

Cons

What I dislike most about this software is that I cannot type extended sentences in one box. Whenever I try to paste a long sentence or paragraph the words go into the rows beneath.
Some features around forms are notably missing and it is hard to integrate work-arounds.
It was a mess trying to get it set up. Initially it was set up with separate paid spaces and then trying to get everything onto an enterprise plan was a huge headache.

Cons

The only thing I don't like about the software is its tendency to "stall out. Occasionally, perhaps twice in a full day of use, I will try to stop a line of time-tracking and receive an error.
Other tools have become problematic in the past, but it's hard to miss the on/off switch with Clockify.
It can be glitchy when the internet connection is weak, requiring you to log back in.

Exactly What I Needed With Room to Grow

This has been great. I looked at a few other solutions and they just did not offer us the opportunity to grow in the way Clockify does. We are very early in the maturation of professional services and the cost/benefit is too high with other solutions.

Pros

We needed the ability to get into time tracking against projects. Not for compensation, but for managing service delivery. We did not need an expensive PSA solution. Clockify gives us the ability to start where we need and grow from there.

Cons

I'm not sold on the execution of the browser integrations. It works, but it does not work in the direction I would want, as in push time data INTO Airtable, rather it tracks time USING Airtable.
