It operates entirely in the cloud on servers hosted by Digital Realty in Greece, ensuring continuous availability and synchronized data across all connected devices and locations.

The system features a modular order management suite with multi-kitchen support that automatically routes items to designated preparation stations such as kitchen, bar, or grill based on product configuration. The Kitchen Display System enables staff to monitor detailed order statuses and perform a single tap to reject unavailable items, which triggers immediate notifications to servers or guests. Real-time table management provides a venue-wide view of open orders, live table availability, and custom zone configurations with zone-specific staff assignments and differentiated menus. Dynamic menu control allows instant updates to menu items, pricing, and availability without downtime while supporting smart modifiers for options such as cooking preferences or additional toppings. Inventory management maintains accurate raw material levels by deducting stock in real time according to recipe links and offers quick adjustment of supplies through the interface.

Delivery management tools support internal fleets through order assignment and claiming features, real-time delivery status tracking, and caller identification for returning customers when integrated with the Butler Connect Hub Plus device. A staff-facing mobile application transforms smartphones into complete POS terminals with features including real-time table status, on-the-spot payment processing, instant order entry with modifiers, and ready-to-serve alerts. The platform allows administrators to define role-based access control and staff permissions through a dashboard that records a full audit trail of all system actions for security and accountability.

Multi-location and franchise management capabilities enable operators to oversee entire networks from a unified dashboard with global inventory control and bulk menu synchronization across all venues. Third-party integrations are available as add-on modules for platforms such as Wolt and efood and electronic invoicing packages that support high volumes of documents each month. The system is compatible with a proprietary Butler Terminal device that includes a six point seven five inch high-definition IPS display, integrated NFC reader for contactless payments, built-in thermal printer, wireless connectivity through Wi-Fi and four-G, and ruggedized construction tested for drops up to one point two meters. Standard thermal printers and barcode scanners are also supported. All updates and feature enhancements are delivered automatically through the cloud without manual intervention.
