Project management
Time tracking, milestone tracking. Email reminders
Performance over internet, slow response time. Would be better if linked to Microsoft Project

Celoxis checks all the boxes for engineering project management for me. Prior to Celoxis, we used Microsoft Project: Celoxis incorporates the advanced features of Project in cloud-based tool that provides team collaboration and scheduling that we could not get with Project or most other cloud-based scheduling tools.
With great options can come a great (big) learning curve: there are so many features in Celoxis, setting up individuals, teams, groups, and roles is critical for a successful launch, and this can be a bit daunting at first glance. However, the Celoxis team did a great job pre-sales of walking us through the tool and it's features, as well as scheduling training for our team post-sales to get up and running in the tool.

We are currently in the process of implementing Celoxis as an organisation and so far from what I have evaluated I'm very happy and optimistic about the product's capabilities to handle project set-up and planning, as well as resource allocation, tracking and management under a single integrated tool. Celoxis will greatly assist my organisation to streamline and make these processes more efficient as we transition from our current various manual, disparate and inefficient project management tools and systems. Looking forward to the final adoption of Celoxis in our organisation.
The ability of the product to seamlessly integrate with Microsoft Project to allow you to import MS Projects into the product as well as export back to Celoxis.
The ability for end-users to import their time entries via a CSV. At the moment this is limited to the System Administration role / area.

Our ICT team have been using it for four monthes and our project and functional managess fall in love with it more and more. It simplifies the daily routine significantly, especially for keeping projects up-to-date and resource planning. You may build every report you can even imagine and find a way to adjust almost every business process you have in your company in this solution. The support team is every qualified and provided rapid responses.
Very customizable, great Gant charts (almost every features from Microsoft Project), possibility to set different workspaces and grant different type of access for users, customizable workflows etc. Easy to use and friendly solution with clear documentation.
Despite new version, the design is a still considerable. There is only one group of users and one price for it. It's easy to operate but we would be happy to see cheap users licenses with restricted rights one day (for example, users who can see only their dashboard with tasks and ability to set % of completion and time spent)

Celoxis has proved to be of great help for our entire project and team. It's easy to use. However, we encountered few issues related to its compatibility with Windows 10 Microsoft Edge. Or else it has worked fine so far.

It is very good, from my [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] perspective and PMO, it is fantastic to have the whole information of our projects online and with consolidated resources reports and the Gantt is very nice, much better than Microsoft Project.
Easy of use of the Gantt and Work Load, even if some other things are not really UX friendly or intuitive...
Sometimes is not clear how to perform some tasks, Customer service is very straight and I feel they do not listen to the customer needs on specific issues, then they reply very plain.

Excellent software, there seems to be a way to do whatever I need it to do. I need more time to export features and customize how the budgeting works. Haven't moved out of my budgeting tool that I built because I am not able to provide finance what they need out of Celoxis yet.
I needed a tool that had the power of Microsoft Project with the ability to track budgets and capitalize labour costs. I was a software developer in a former life and wanted one tool to do it all. I hate islands of information. After trying to setup what I needed in the tools we had available... Project for the Web, Project Online, Project Power App, Asana, Jira. I came across Celoxis. I was immediately drawn to it because I could see it was designed to run the job of project management. Most other platforms are designed to have you run the rest of your project in excel. I didn't want that. Celoxis does it all and I can still publish MS Project files or excel spreadsheets if I need to publish data somewhere.
Our organization has already licenses for other Project managment tools. I could not get buy in for another project app. I would like a way for people to submit time and updates without having to use the email feature or buy a license. If I could request and update or time input and they click a link that takes them to an update page. I can't get buy in for 100 or so licenses so people can update a task.

We can fully recommend this software for project management, but be aware that this is only a tool. Company has to change it's mindset to project organization in order to implement it successfully.
As centralized server solution, this software enables us to plan, manage and control whole portfolio and every project individually. As comprehensive solution this software is used by our employees, management, associates and clients. Everybody can see state of their projects/tasks with one click on their mobile phones or computers.
Software could be better with improvements in cashflow department of the project. Also as project is set of activities performed by all Project participants, it could be helpful to implement Client tasks and other stakeholders tasks.

Great.
Project managing of a project becomes very handy.
No 'undo', and 'pin' option in project programme. It would be great to have undo and pin option, because sometimes we accidentally moved a program in a project.

Ease of use, Reports capability, date is presented very accurately and clearly. By looking at the dashboard give a clear picture of the project
one time effort for setting up the project, wish it would be linked with MS project wish the reports can be exported to power point

It is easy to use. I used Microsoft Project management tool, but this web application is much easier to use and has common platform to exchange ideas and notes with other members of the team. It is much more than regular project management tool. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because, I feel like it is still complicated to spread the work over weeks, given the fact that you would work only a few hours of the day. I wish it was easy to achieve.

Celoxis is an excellent tool alowing me as the project manager team leader to convey detailed or highlevel scope of a project or the entire project portfolio.
excellent user interface, durable solution, endless customization alows you to create any build almots any View or analysis you wish to see. excellent, fast, agile service!
out of the box integrations can be more suitable for the industry (such as: Salesforce, Jira integrations coverage).

We use Celoxis to track project progress, financials, billable and non-billable utilisation, expenses and to do a wide range of reporting related to those projects. It's overall a very intuitive and useful tool.
It's simple to use, well laid out, reporting functionality is very good. There's a lot of features: utilisation tracking, expenses management, risk and issue tracking.
Performance can be a touch sluggish. Project Management functionality is basic, this needs to be used in conjuction with MS Project or similar for anything but the simplest of projects.

We have used Celoxis for nearly 6 years and it has continued to be improved and polished. We use it for primarily for project management, time-tracking, expense tracking, and some of our workflow processes. Celoxis personnel have always been very good about helping through upgrades and other technical questions. While there is a little bit of a learning curve, I would highly recommend this tool as a lower cost, yet fuller featured product in comparison to Microsoft Project, which still seems to be tool of choice for most PM's.
Web based tool, Gantt Charting feature, custom workflow creation, scales well (we have a lot of projects in there).
Can be a little laggy at times (we host our own server, so that could be part of it). Interface changes have been confusing at times. For the custom workflows, it would be better to have a graphical representation (i.e. flowchart format).

Celoxis allows us to interface with our ERP software (SAP) and minimize duplication of information.
It provides one place to create the gantt for the project, resource plan, manage cost, and overall project documentation.
It takes training to understand all the features of the software and how to use them.

This is not a typical task tracking Project Management Software. It has it all, everything you need to manage a project.
This software is excellent! it has everything you need to manage a project. It is easy to use and very streamlined. I really like the fact that it has bot a risk management areas and an issue tracking area. The reporting features and awesome too.
This software has it all. the only thing I would like to see is a mobile app for Android smart phones. This would complete an already great project management software.

Contains almost all basic and some advanced features a Project Management Tool needs to have.
The biggest 2 drawbacks are 1. Tasks in a project cannot be assigned to clients. To achieve this very standard and normal requirement, clients are needed to be created as users as well. 2. Limiting the number of virtual users to a certain number. Typical Project Management Tools are primarily driven by Project/Program Managers. Project Schedules are updated by them and normally the human resources...

Overall experience is good. It's a very useful tool with a lack of some subjects mentioned above. Celoxis is being used every day as a way of track and control projects, it does the job.
Easy to keep control of a project, easy to personalise items and easy to share a project/information among the organisation.
The lack of graphics and reports options. Graphics and reports customisation is everything nowadays. Users should be capable to customise the projects reports and have the possibility to see project/status evolution within a time frame. The graphics are limited as well, the way we show information sometimes is more important than the information itself. This subject should be also improved. The way how we share the project with external users should be also improved: add external watchers and export the project Gantt. (It isn't possible to share project status, for example).
