Pros

Super easy to use, powerful features, ability to invite guests for FREE, Great technical support, lots of video tutorials available.
ClickUp has some truly inspired design and feels lighter and more fun to use than many other management tools. It's easy to learn and new, useful features are consistently rolled out.
Great experience with the product initially I was a bit hesitant to use and recommend it because I did not know about the product at all but once I started using it I fell in love with it.

Pros

It´s easy to understand in most features, it has an excellent support, a very good thinking and backgrond theory that is generously shared and also very good tutorials.
Cascade delivers on its promise - is very easy to use and provides fantastic functionality.
It's a great way to keep everyone aligned and accountable to achieving the business strategy but also a good way to build a culture around the vision.

Cons

Too complex for an individual's needs, sometimes illogical, and a terrible android app is the icing on the cake.
After a few months I still get confused about the sapce/folder/list/task hierarchy and use the wrong terms when describing my "location" in the software.
Sometimes had an error when trying to make a new list and could not find any documentation about the error online.

Cons

No place to document and rank environmental factors that you need to monitor and plan for. Currently no support for ideation around how to meet objectives.
It might be better if the software can be used in different other languages since it can only be used in English, but, it is a small negativity of the software that can be greatly overlooked.
UI could be enhanced to introduce drag and drop capability.

Positive, there are a lot of tools out there which do ok at this, however ClickUp is the best I have seen so far for more strategic level roadmapping. It is extremely functional and has all the features I need to plan for a small project team, however it still has some way to go before I can use it in my management reports. I think it could benefit from some sort of smart prioritisation (high priority, low time est) ordering

Pros

Different views available, ordering/sorting, precedents/dependents of tasks, deep task structure

Cons

UI feels a bit clunky/old, the gantt view is very powerful but difficult to cascade up/present at project level for a management audience. The gantt could benefit from some sort of smart ordering where you have many precedents/dependents

Time Management and team collaboration is a pain and click-up did that soothingly. Different boards help me realize the amount of work that is been allocated to each department. When it comes to marketing, we analyse everything and We love it.

Pros

It best fits for our Team, They have tons of updates more frequently. Clickup thinks from customer perspective. It has different board and the extension for chrome is so helpful, where I can add tasks from my Gmail.

Cons

Nothing as such, It is completely User friendly, colorful and gives complete freedom to work. They can give us more space for Free users. Could understand that this is their strategy for conversion. Still who doesn't love Free :)

Easy to use and fun to watch it develop. The categories and boards make it so much easier to keep on top of yours, and your team's progress, and highlights what needs to be achieved. It's good to have a your information in one, easy accessible place.

Pros

A great tool to help you organise your business, especially for managing your marketing strategy and goal setting, with a calendar to help you achieve this. A great way to set up your business and team, whether large or small.

Cons

Haven't found anything yet, but I'll keep looking!

Love it, and would highly recommend it.

Pros

Easy to use, and made a huge difference in my ability to manage my workflow, and track progress and issues with getting things done. Perfect if combined with a personal development or productivity strategy, is a great template for professional and personal management.

Cons

In truth, the support team have helped with all issues I've had brilliantly, and they're constantly adding updates and new developments, so no complaints at all.

My team is on ClickUp for almost a year and it's fantastic. There's lot of handful features that makes our working day productive and the project management is not a pain anymore. The platform is so flexible that you can adapt it to almost any management strategy.

Cons

A good app, a good work

It solved my problem with time management. It's important to know exactly how many time do you work for each project. ClickUp is very comfortable to use and I think it's one of the most simple to use software in web.

Pros

I like the possibility to track time, task by task and subtask by subtask. It's perfect for my business strategy of Customer Support. I really love the opportunity to share a link with the table of tasks, customized for clients and show they how many time I need for each task.

Cons

Maybe the possibility to manage better clients, for example to make quotation and convert them in tasks.

I have obtained very good results using the SCRUM approach, since there are different ways to organize and achieve an elegant and simple process. Anyone, dedicating no more than 2 hours, can understand and use ClickUp in their business or their daily life.

Pros

One of the main characteristics of this software is its EASE OF USE, it allows you to focus on what is really important without neglecting the correct use of a methodology. Due to the above, the integration with our business model is excellent. In addition to having a series of functionalities that intelligently address the different processes that take place in any company, for example: - Control of the flow of development of various tasks by states. - Goals & Portfolios - Easy communication and reference to certain people on the team from any part of the application.

Cons

I am using the desktop version, and I have experienced: - Small performance issues, when I switch between different views, even if I have been there before, I suppose a caching strategy is being used but I think it could be revised/improved. - Real time is another of the main characteristics, but sometimes, the Goals view does not update when your objective tasks change state, regardless of the time, sometimes it is necessary to go to another view and then return.

Clickup for a software company

We use clickup to manage a complex list of tasks across multiple teams (design, software engineering, hardware engineer, and strategy/leadership). This is the first tool (and I've used pretty much all of them) that we've been able to combine the vast majority of task tracking, collaboration, and documentation into one solution. This is now core to our business, and has surpassed slack as our most used tool.

Pros

Spaces/folders/lists/tasks/subtasks are a great structure for organizing our tasks & roadmaps, which the integrated views & templates allow us to customize each section for the needs of the group that use it. That flexibility & pre-built template structure makes setup & management really fast!

Cons

Popups for every update are a bit annoying, and every once and a while I have to refresh the page to get a change to render. But these are very minor to me (slight annoyances, and infrequent)

ClickUp is a full-fledged project management platform. ClickUp has plugins for everything you need, and the best thing is you don't have to pay extra for them. Another feature is how you can customize the ClickUp workspace according to your needs. No matter what it is your project management strategy is, you can customize and use ClickUp very easily. ClickUp even has a free tier that has almost all the features you need. Furthermore, the User interface is very colourful and charming.

Cons

The only issue I have with ClickUp is, there is a somewhat steep learning curve. There are so many features in ClickUp which it is hard to find them.

Decent tool. Works for my multidisciplinary team.

Fairly positive. Overall it is very useful, we have used it to manage our team work, track and report project progress, do planning, etc. Bear in mind that we are a multidisciplinary work, so we've tried to make it work both for delivery/ tech functions and research and strategy. The only drawbacks are the small customisations we haven't been able to make (e.g. the weekly view to start on a differerent day) and the syncing time / loading time.

Pros

1. Helps us manage our workload and set the expectations right. It allows us to plan and forecast work: we get to understand the pace at which we move on projects, it allows us to understand what blockers have occured and how long it takes us to deal with them. 2. Allows us to see clearly where we have dependencies (so that no task or person on the team blocks another person to do their tasks). We use it to optimise our sprints. 3. Supports productivity and team collaboration: during the sprint check-ins, we refer to teh burn-down charts to see if we are on track and if anyone needs help.

Cons

1. Syncing takes time. E.g. Once we have planned our month, we input all information in ClickUp and so it happends that a few people make changes in parallel and we refresh and give time for the changes to appear. 2. Some of the views don't load propearly occasionally. E.g. In the Workload view, the users with their workload for the week disappear and we cannot see our workload. Refreshing the view...

Overall, I love how everything is easy to understand. I needed a software site that could help me assign tasks or assignment ideas and this was it. I also love how I can add team members if needed to specific areas or assignments. I don't have to worry about who will do what assignment.

Pros

I love how I can create simple goals or tasks for my team. It's not complicated and it's easy to input information into this software. I also love how I can work on my goals and strategy idea topics. I also love how my team members can view the tasks I work on and the ones I assigned to them. I also love how I can put documentation into the dashboard and work area. I love how there is an area where I can put each team name and how I can assign projects by clicking their name.

Cons

I dislike the dashboard space to work in. I wish it was larger and expanded a bit more. It's nice, but to have a button or option to expand the workspace area would help so much. This could help with how the main team member views the work or tasks.

Helps us bring multiple teams together for client projects

Pros

Our company primarily uses this product to coordinate our digital strategy, sales, and design teams to execute campaigns for our digital advertising clients. The ease of assigning tasks and updating the team members working on those projects has helped us to eliminate a lot of email clutter and unnecessary meetings. Employees can see live updates from others, be tagged in comments, and see upcoming deadlines without having to interrupt the workflow of another person. There is also a mobile version that some of our team uses. Tasks are searchable which is a huge plus for us as we offer a lot of different products to our clients.

Cons

We are happy with ClickUp. We have a rep that reaches out to see if we need assistance and honestly have no complains at the moment.

I can describe my experience with ClickUp as superb and worthwhile since it has helped me tons on matters,managing my rotations. This has had a profound impact on my productivity and overall quality of services I deliver to my clients as a vet.

Pros

I have greatly benefitted from the impeccable technical support I get from it's team and the available tutorials that has helped me cruise through ClickUp and maximize on it's use. Rather than that it is an use tool that has helped us manage our rotations, projects and other tasks from planning stages, initialization to completions and every infor on tasks and projects is consolidated on a single dashboard...

Cons

To be honest there is not even a single I dislike about ClickUp. It has been my all in one tool to manage my tasks and work well with my teammates.
