It is off putting at first as I was not sure that my request had been processed. When an email is received notifying of a new document added to a folder, I tried accessing that via both the document link and the folder link.

Customer service is terrible, and nothing gets resolved. While they are trying to sale you their service they are readily available anytime you call or email. Once you pay for the services noone will help you.
