It has made it easier for me to assign tasks to each of my colleagues to ultimately bring them together in a single project and be able to make better decisions based on real graphs and thus reduce the final delivery time of each project.

Not having to open 5 Tabs at the same time to see the budget and billing information is a plus.

When first introduced to Kantata, I was unfamiliar with the process flow and quickly became confused by the different levels (Opportunity, engagement, scope, element, etc.).

It is very good and I no longer have the need to jump between different tools or documents to be able to have a clearer view of the status and progress of my projects.

Some functionalities required a bit of time and effort to master, especially for users who were new to the software or had limited technical expertise.
