Karbon is web-based only, which some users find inconvenient, especially when switching between platforms.

Billing module is very tedious and still needs some work to streamline billing.

They genuinely care about delivering a world class product. If you are serious about growth and running your practice efficiently Karbon is a must have in my view - can't recommended it highly enough!

It takes more time for emails to reflect when using Karbon than when using other platforms such as outlook.

It is a great place to keep track of your projects, see what other coworkers are working on, who work is assigned to.

I tried reaching out to their customer service and also chatting with the sales team.  

I emailed their billing department and was told by the customer service person that they would be able to help.  

Then after signing up and paying upfront before using the cons started coming out of the woodworks.

Nothing worked out and I wasn't able to sign up for a subscription.
