They are also pretty aesthetically pleasing as well, so that's a huge bonus in my book. As well, the software was fairly easy to integrate in to my existing work routine due to it's ease of use.

Problem is, even the “fixed” budgets add up this way in the dashboard which does not accurately portray for flat fee projects. Could have more options in this manner for employee pay as well.

Probably its integration with Quickbooks to do my accounting. I also must mention the powerful Gantt chart feature.

I would prefer to have accounting and direct billing integrated so I can drop QuickBooks once and for all.

It can be difficult to keep track of specific tasks on the schedule; it is also not possible to edit schedules after the week is over.

Very happy to be on board. Takes a little bit to shift into a new way of working, but the updates and online support makes it easier and well worth the migration.

Being able to attach documents/specs to each line item is a bonus. Boards are also a great way for the client to have a quick view of the selections.

The material and product library is another strong feature, it’s easy to upload and manage finishes, link selections to budgets, and maintain consistency across projects.

Specifications are not editable on the phone. Very difficult to work with.

It brings structure, efficiency, and clarity to both client communication and internal workflows. Having one system for budgets, revisions, and approvals has made projects run far more smoothly.

Operations e Project Procurement

The software also assumes that the trade discount is passed on to the client. Additionally, there is no project history.

The fee is too high and the reconciliation of fees through Xero is not simple. I choose to use Xero directly and run payments through B2B pay or direct EFT.

Junior Designer

The learning curve is by no means steep, just time consuming if you want to get the most use out of the tools they offer.
