The reason it's only getting 4 stars is because it doesn't support multi-person work flow automation and dependencies, where a task is dependent on another task. But the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] said this is coming in 2023, which will make this tool 5 tacos for sure.

I already started the complete migration to Project.co and the setup process was very smooth: Custom domains/email setup and branding.

I can make great notes easily, with the ability to add various types of information, images and videos.  

Our 30 employees will have no trouble picking this up and it will be replacing a lot of other subscription based solutions that do bits and peaces of what Project.co does in one elegantly designed package.

It's different from the majority of project/task management software out in the market because the layout does not make you feel overwhelmed with tons of tasks that you need to work on.

It is still missing some feathers, like highlight for code snippets when taking notes.also sometimes it is slow to connect, i guess this because its data-center located in EU, an I am not..

This helps cuts down on the questions clients may ask about where to find specific things, or what they need to do. When everything is in one location it works wonders!  

We look more professional to clients, we can track time better and we can keep all the communication in one single place.

With Project.co, we can easily share ideas, files, and feedback, making our workflow much more efficient.

Some updates could be made for general ease of use, such as being able to change a task's status and other fields without having to click to open the task details.

You can use it right out the box and then spend about 20 minutes customizing once you have built a few projects.

More invoicing functionality in general (monthly or annual recurring, discounts on a line/product basis).

A few things I'd like to see improved or added:- Waveapps Invoicing integration - Figma, SEMRUSH, Integration - I'm not sure if this is how the software is supposed to be used.
