SingularityApp overview

What is SingularityApp?

SingularityApp is a cross-platform productivity tool for managing tasks, projects, habits, and notes. It runs natively on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS, Wear OS, and watchOS, with a full-featured web version. All data syncs seamlessly across devices, and the app works offline with automatic sync when reconnected.

The task system supports unlimited nesting: tasks and subtasks are organized into projects with sections. Features include recurring tasks with auto-adjustment, priority levels, tags, color coding, and powerful filters. Tasks can be viewed in four modes: list, calendar, Kanban board, and Gantt chart. Professionals can add tasks via the app interface, a Telegram bot, or email. Notifications include multiple reminders per task, alarm mode, and location-based alerts.

Beyond tasks, SingularityApp includes notebooks with a rich text editor and file attachments, a habit tracker with streak statistics, a Pomodoro timer with stopwatch and productivity analytics, and Focus and Review modes for distraction-free work sessions.

SingularityApp supports team collaboration with shared projects and task lists for up to 10 members. Integrations include two-way Google Calendar sync, iCal web calendar support, iOS local calendar, a Telegram bot for quick task capture, email-to-task, and a public REST API for custom integrations.

Three pricing plans are available. Basic (free) covers single-device planning with up to 10 projects, a Pomodoro timer, tags, and widgets. Pro adds cross-device sync, unlimited projects, Google Calendar integration, Telegram bot, filters, and geo-notifications. Elite adds notebooks, Kanban boards, Gantt charts, team collaboration for up to 10 users, and 2 GB of file storage. All new users get a 14-day free trial of Elite with no credit card required.

Key benefits of using SingularityApp

• SingularityApp combines tasks, projects, habits, notes, and a calendar into a single app, eliminating the need to switch between multiple tools.

• Work from any device — Native apps for Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS, and smartwatches (Wear OS, watchOS), plus a web version. Data syncs automatically and remains accessible offline.

• Switch between four task views: list for quick overviews, calendar for time-based planning, Kanban boards for visual workflows, and Gantt charts for project timelines. Each view gives a different perspective on the same data.

• Build better habits — The integrated habit tracker lets users set daily, weekly, or custom-frequency habits with streak tracking and visual statistics. Combined with the Pomodoro timer and productivity analytics, it helps stay consistent and measure progress over time.

• Capture tasks from anywhere — Add tasks through the app, a Telegram bot, email, or voice input. Set multiple reminders, alarm-style notifications, and location-based alerts so nothing falls through the cracks.

• Share projects and task lists with up to 10 team members. Combined with two-way Google Calendar sync, iCal support, and a public API, SingularityApp fits into existing workflow without requiring team to change how they work.
