Working with Tom's Planner has been really easy from the very beginning. There are lots of video tutorials and the customer service is always happy to help.

It's a bit of hassle deleting old projects to make room for new ones. Upgrading from 10 to unlimited is a bit ridiculous if I were to only use 20, but have to pay way more than my initial budget.

Not overly bloated with a bunch of features that take you away from a single screen with a gantt chart. Best combination of simplicity of a spreadsheet with more structure and clarity.
