For Mac users, it doesn't automatically show us the activities of our team members, we still have to remind them to turn on manually their privacy settings. Can this be something that the admin can do?

If a time is deleted or private time used, you cannot correct time, should it be necessary.

I have been using this software for 5 years now and it really helps to keep me motivated to complete my hours. It is one click use application. The listing of recent projects make it easy to switch time tracking.
Time Tracking, Idle time monitoring, tab list, screenshots and many more.
Once time has been deleted then there is no way to recover it back. Sometimes it becomes difficult to navigate and look for information. More UX is required in web app.

I use the time tracking to see the tendency of time wasting or to be sure I useful spent time . But after a year of using the desk time I still not found the suitable pipeline for myself: "Should I use a private time or not?". Sometimes I need moderation of recorded time, like a mark the piece of time as a private time, or opposite.
Good UI (I can see a tendency), easy to use
Not enough moderation/edition tools to control the records.

DeskTime was implemented in our organization to track employees' activities and to measure how someone is productive. In a way, it does the job. But still, it lacks a few things. Like someone has done a job in an hour with more worth than others do in 6 hours. Still, that guy will not be listed as a top productive person.

absent, leave, and holiday features are not adequately implemented. I would also like to use this software for attendance, but it's not possible.

Time Tracking , Screen Shots , Productivity tracking, Offline / Online Time etc. are very impactful.
Need Same features on mobile also. Also time should not be calculated from both devices at a time.

I liked it, I didn't love it - the product works as intended, I don't know if it's the best tool for me in how I work, and I don't need to micromanage my team's time. I may try using it again, I'd definitely recommend it if you're analytical and have issues with focusing on one task.
I like that it showed how I was REALLY spending my time. Working for a consulting firm, our product is essentially time, and this highlights inefficiencies in how I spend my time throughout the day on time stink sites.
I found myself not using that that often - I keep tabs open all the time, and I wasn't sure how accurately it was tracking my time in how I used apps and websites.

Pretty good so far, but it should be better
The fact that I can add missing time and manage added time with ease
No undo function, if productive time is deleted by mistake, we can’t undo this action which is something that has cause issues

Automatically tracks staff time with detailed reports on what they are spending their time on.
The reporting is very detailed, but it can be hard to determine which clients our team is spending time on without having them manually enter information to track billable hours per client.

Very good with real time tracking. But can improve further to capture productive time more accuractely.
if i am on team call (via microsoft Teams or Zoom) and the other person on the call is talking and if i am just listening the time doesn't get tracked as productive time. This is a problem. So time is getting under recorded.

Automatic time tracking & reports are the best features in my opinion. It saves a lot of time at the end of the month & also helps my self to review my performance from time to time. Setting up & using the system is like child's play
Offline data is lost if the system is restarted before the connectivity is established. I work for a project in west African country where the connectivity is unpredictable. This makes it a bit difficult when I travel to the site & I have to be mindful to not to restart the laptop during downtime.

Till now it's very useful to our work.
We can monitor employee's time and idle time and also check total production hours with this software.
Screenshots must have to improve because sometimes its not getting properly
