It has a KanBan view which helps organize things
I think ClickUp has way more features than Trello

Its okay, I prefer Notion or Clickup
Trello is the industry standard and I like the sheer amount of integrations that are possible for it. Very easy to understand
It doesnt seem like theres alot of features built into it that match up with the updates in other project management tool.

It is very simple to create a team and to manage daily tasks
Some functions are in my opinion better developed in other tools like ClickUp

It's very easy and intuitive to work with, even a child can use it (i guess).
It looks very old compared to other organizers like monday or clickup.

I really liked it. I would highly recommend for anyone who wants a simple, yet robust solution for a variety of purposes.
I really loved the flexibility of this kanban software. It allows you to customize each board and kanban boards pretty easily. Though it doesn't offer as many features as certain dedicated project management software, or other dedicated use case software, it offers the ability to be used for a lot of different purposes and is simple.
If I am using for project management software, I would rather use clickup or airtable for additional features for the kanban functionality.

I like how I can customize it and really make it feel like its my own workboard.
Sometimes I get overwhelmed with how many features there are. i sort of prefer Clickup in this case because it feels less cluttered.

It's a good starter point. However, as things start to get populated, it's probably better to move to ClickUp or AirTable
I like that Trello is free to begin with, which makes life very easy to switch to it. Just like Slack, Trello is a leader in kanban boards.
You have to pay to get any extra features, which can become very expensive. You cannot also look at the data in different ways like ClickUp

- simple to setup - easy to track your daily goals - a program like this is a must in the corporate world
- The cost is higher than some of the competition - sadly due to price we did switch this product to clickup mainly due to price per user

The product is a great fit for teams who need a very less complex project management tasks. For ex: sales team. May or may not be ideal for teams like software development, though few of them use it. It is one of the light weight apps with a open UI, really love their UI.
This is one of those tools which helps sales person to understand the stage of every prospect and also set deadlines whenever needed. Also, it helps learning and development teams for creating a pipeline for a course. Though the product is built for a general purpose for any organization to use. It suits best for sales team the most. Very light weight app
It lacks rich fatures such as different set of views like kanbann etc that are available on other project management softwares like clickup, asana etc

Used it daily and very satisfied because its simplicity. Good job to trello!
I've been using Clickup and testing several other project management software like basecamp, asana and others. But still, I am come back to trello because its simplicity and reliability
Need to pay for a price and little bit complicated on their power up features. Should be make it simple.

Exceptional if you're into tracking activities and assigning them to specific members of your team.
Trello helped us track outstanding balance customers in a concise way, and also to keep track of all the tasks involved in the collection process.
The only con we could say we found was that ClickUp enabled a few more options than we currently needed at the time of making a change in the processes within the company.

Great experience, especially for a marketing agency. For a SaaS company not so much.
It's extremely easy to use, I learned the whole thing in about a day For remote teams, it keeps tasks accountable Allows some add-ons, so we implemented story points.
It's limited. I would like it to give us more "views" options other than kanban. I paid the same for this as ClickUp, and that one gave us more for the buck

If you only need to a way to streamline and keep track of your workflows, it's a great, easy to use and inexpensive tool. Otherwise, you might want to look into more integrated alternatives like clickup, monday, etc...
I like that the free version gives you plenty of value to get started. It's very beginner friendly with it's drag and drop, and a versatile tool, you can build your own workflow in a matter of minutes. There are also many add-ons for advanced users. You can easily share (even publicly) your board : Lots of SAAS use this feature to share their public roadmap for instance.
It's great at it's core but not easy to integrate with your other business activities like invoicing, chat/e-mail to move the project forward, CRM, etc...

Overall it was a great product but they pivoted the product mainly towards teams. In Atlassian's world there is no room for solopreneurs. I switched to ClickUp because that's just a superior product in every way for my use case.
It was simple to set up, easy to use and easy to do collabs with customers.
The (then) limited (Kanban, calendar) views and Kanban structure kept it nice and simple but depending on the type, scope or size of the project it could become annoying to manage it efficiently. The new focus on teams made it annoying to work with customers.

Problems which is solved using Trello - Project Management, task management, looking at task progress, tracking project progrss, trakcing teams log time and reports. Trello has great benefits - it saves our time on porject collaboration, document management, onboarding clients, fulfillment etc.
Trello boards, cards, lists helps us in managing different projects and assign task to different members is an amzing features which is very helpful for us. The Workflow Management and automation helps in increasing the productivity. Everything is easy to use in Trello . It was easy to integrate trello with the current business.
Things which I can say missing in trello:- 1) Screen recording feature which is available in ClickUp is missing here. 2) Direct integration with bunch of third party tools are missing here though trello is having some. Nothing else apart from this I can say on trello is missing or which I dislike.

The simplicity on board usage, also it's very fast on tasks and pages loading.
Looks like all boards are a different context. Does not have a very nice integration between boards (now I'm used to Clickup, sorry the bias). Also is not so generic usable. For kanban boards Trello is the best, but when having the need to organize the same information in multiple ways it not so good.

Trello excels as a tool for tracking the progress of a series of simple and individual projects. Because of this, it works well for people who manage a small team or someone tracking their individual schedules. You can bring different projects through stages of completion, which is my favorite feature. It makes use of the powerful Kanban system, which is a great visualization tool.
Trello's struggles start to come when you try and use it for large-scale projects. As your teams grow, there's no obvious way to check for a large-scale view. Other boards, such as ClickUp or Asana, do this better. You can segment different project areas with greater ease. Meanwhile, Trello can get a bit chaotic if you aren't careful.

The power of Trello is in its simplicity and ease of use. Its interface seems light-weight right out of the box. I have used several similar tools later on (after finding / falling in love with Trello - first love, obviously) like Clickup, Taskade and a few others but I find myself always falling back to Trello for its intuitive workflow and simple-to-use features. If you are a solo creator like me, who wants to throw all the ideas into a board, track them with a simple flow like - 'do, doing, done', then Trello is all you need. Go for it, and thank me later!
Sometimes, they keep changing their approach to their business which I found weird. But that's just me, may be. For example, they used to have Trello Gold for approximately $5 or so but they evolved and brought in different pricing tiers. I miss that but I also understand business models evolve with time. I also didn't like that many power-ups are just trials. Some useful ones cannot be used just easily. It asks for money to expand our experience with Trello. I believe its marketplace needs to evolve too by letting in more free power-ups.

Everyone loves Trello it seems. I like Trello, but it really lacks the power of some of the other tools. I'd rather be able to adjust the tool to fit your current workflow or process /sop instead of the other way around, which is what I find most people seem to be doing. It's a solid app that is very easy to use. I use it for small projects that need to be shared with a non-technical team but prefer some other task management apps such as Asana or ClickUp as my main go to.
- Easy to use board style organization - Very minimal interface with small learning curve - Easy for teams to adopt
- Lacks features of other project/task management tools - I really wish you could customize the views a bit more

I've used Trello for years. Many of my clients use different solutions like Asana and I even moved my own company over to Clickup for a year. We came back to Trello and every team member breathed a sigh of relief. Trello is so much easier to break down individual boards and appeals to those of us who need to see visuals. I manage my podcasts, blog writing, email newsletters, speaking engagements, and even my personal recipe storage is on Trello. It's so easy to grab from the web browser or the app on my phone and I love that you can search so easily even after something has been archived.
So easy to use Very visual Price is right Easy to add/remove members Search capability is excellent
Sometimes customer service is a bit slow; it's not easy to set up as a nonprofit to get the nonprofit discount. We had to go back and forth but eventually got it set up.

I've been using Trello for a while now. Many of my clients use different platforms, such as Asana, and I even switched my own company to Clickup for a year. We made our way back to Trello, and each coworker sighed with relief. Separating individual sheets and requests for those of us who require visuals is much easier with Trello. Surprisingly, Trello is where I manage my digital recordings, blog writing, email pamphlets, talking commitment, and formula stockpiling. Snatching from my phone's application or web browser feels so natural to me, and I appreciate that you can look with such ease even after something has been filed.
So easy to make use of Quite visually; the price is right. Easy to add or remove people Excellent search functionality
Client service can occasionally be a little slow, and setting yourself up as a charity to receive the charitable markdown might be challenging. We eventually had everything put up, but we had to go this way and that.

I've utilized Trello for quite a long time. A large number of my customers utilize various arrangements like Asana and I even moved my own organization over to Clickup for a year. We returned to Trello and each colleague inhaled a murmur of alleviation. Trello is such a great deal simpler to separate individual sheets and requests to those of us who need to see visuals. I deal with my digital recordings, blog composing, email pamphlets, talking commitment, and surprisingly my own formula stockpiling is on Trello. It's so natural to snatch from the internet browser or the application on my telephone and I love that you can look with such ease even after something has been filed.
So natural to utilize Very visual Price is correct Easy to add/eliminate individuals Search ability is superb
Here and there client support is somewhat sluggish; it's difficult to set up as a charitable to get the philanthropic markdown. We needed to go this way and that however in the end got it set up.

Trello is better than other free options. Since a year ago, I've had no regrets. Startups will love this program since it's free until they require an update.I've used Trello for years to coordinate personal duties, projects, schoolwork, and professional advancements. It performs as expected and appears local. It's the greatest in its region, in my view.
Our teams were delighted with this Scrum tool. When we switched software, we were impressed by its built-in functionality but disappointed by its clunkiness. Contrast Trello. When it matters, simple, fast, and responsive. Still needs improvement, but it's my go-to for task management. Trello's strength is its simplicity and use. Its UI is already lightweight. I've tried Clickup, Taskade, and a few...
Like other apps, it has bumpers between tasks that make team members make bad selections. I don't enjoy drag-and-drop since I occasionally move cards in the incorrect spot. My project modules don't have a gantt chart. Adding that would be beneficial.

We moved from trello to clickup primarily because we were expanding the team and this was enormously cheaper. Plus, it has a billion other features trello doesn't have. I think trello just has a bigger name, but clickup is far more powerful.
In saying that it's powerful, it's also too much. It can be super overwhelming to get the hang of, and there's so many features in your face at once. I think it would benefit from paring down a little and then you can choose to add them back in.
