From simple tasks around the workplace to household to do lists or daily grocery shopping lists, you can store a bunch of things in this app.
It's easy to use, you can add as many teammates as you want to and it's not a very complex system, therefore you can learn it very quickly.
Adding compley features is hard for me, and its best for using checklists not montitoring progress.

Overall Trello is must-have software in the workplace.
Tasks can be assigned to an individual or to the whole team. Easy to visualize the progress of the project.
It would be better if there are more templates available. Apart from that software works perfectly.

Overall, I enjoy working with the platform, and all our company managers are onboard with it. I see it being a staple of our workplace from here on out.
Trello has been most useful as a centralization platform for our company. As a newer property management firm, we are undergoing our next major phases of growth and development, and Trello has been a valuable tool to us for organizing our new initiatives.
Accessing direct customer service is difficult, and it is hard to find templates with Power-Ups that suit our specific needs. While this hasn't inhibited our use of the platform, it would be nice to have easy filters to enhance our project management further.

Trello taught me how I like to organize my classroom workflow. It was super clarifying to use.
I like literally everything about it--from the flexibility customizing, the number of free features, the data and reports it can generate, the automatic rules it can set up. I even like the emails with tips they send out!
My school district eventually blocked it from our because Microsoft flags it. MS has its own suite of project management apps, so if your workplace uses the O365/Teams set-up, be prepared for them to yank Trello.

I've used Trello to help organise my ideas for my PhD thesis, research projects, and workshops that I've run. It's great for finding affinities because you can shuffle your ideas about easily, and it's even better that you can have others join in to collaborate with.
There was limited flexibility with how I can arrange my cards and lists. It would be great to have *meta* cards/lists, rather than just one row of lists with cards in them. I'd like to be able to have, for example, a meta-theme in the first row, followed by several lists, all with cards in them.

Rely easy to use for agile projects, and project with fast iteration path.
Lacks depth to manage complex task. It is hard to make meta data about the task visible. Task dependency is hard to handle.

Team administration is also rather simple, allowing all experts to access the duties that they demand. On each of the cards, you may establish different degrees of authorization and even adjust the permission for comments. Finally, while Trello's practicality and versatility are two of its most noticeable characteristics, they combine to make it a basic and incomplete task management solution, albeit one that is straightforward.
is a great way to keep track of everything you need to get done. Models can make this even easier, in addition to breaking your responsibilities into smaller activities. If you're working on a software project, you can choose from a variety of Trello examples to create multiple boards to add a new feature or repair a problem. With a common configuration, you can quickly construct a Trello quadro model for parallel projects.
The task organization can be ruined by a defective card movement. Due to a variety of tasks, the workplace might be bewildering.

Customization and state tracking are made easy. Sticky notes have a run for their money, because Trello is here to stay.
A clean scrumboard interface that will take late agile adopters in today's workplace into the future.
I wish people would use this ans user adoption takes a top down effort from management for implementation.

At my current workplace, we're mostly using Trello to collaborate on cross-team initiatives.
I came across Trello back in around 2014. Since then, I've seen it being used for collaboration between project team members, across teams, for team outing planning, personal wedding planning, and more. I've also seen a few of my colleagues maintain their To-Do list, though personally, I'd use a proper To-Do management application like RememberTheMilk or Todoist for that.
I can't really come up with anything that I don't like about Trello. It was one of the first planning tools I've used and is still a go-to that I recommend to anyone looking for an easy-to-use solution.

Trello wins through its simplicity which is also where its true power lies. Also through its very unstructured nature it allows different work styles.
Sometimes that simplicity is also its downfall. As soon as you want to also add some meta information to the card, it gets difficult.

Trello is a good option for workplace, team organizing and task management. Very recomendable.
Very easy to setup, easy to use, intuitive interface, user friendly and multiple interface compatible, addons are very nice.
Addons are very attractive, somewhat costly and trials are very limited.

Solving problems in a visual manner and helps establish control and consistency in the workplace.
I love that I can provide my team with the information necessary to produce whenever we are in a sprint to accomplish a goal. The user interface is perfect.
Suprisingly, there is not much that I dislike about Trello, it helps me improve productivity. Any product that does that... Improves my life.

I recommend trello, which I love so much that I can use it in my daily life, to both my friends and the companies I talk to.
It's easy to use, drag and drop feature, help with time management, give a deadline warning, write notes on tasks, make the tasks visible, and work collaboratively. I am very happy to use Trello both in my personal life and in my business life.
Honestly, I don't have a negative opinion about trello, just in my old workplace, we preferred Jira over Trello, they said it looked more professional.

We have used Trello for goal setting, shipment tracking, and for general communication between employees who don't work the same shifts. A very helpful office tool.
The interface is easy to use and is excellent for ensuring workplace communication. It helped our office considerably in reducing miscommunication.
Features feel limited at times. I understand they may have recently picked up Butler which gives me hope for having more power to do exactly what I want.

It's very good for laying out the work plan with to-do lists and the very natural card structure just like an old pin board.
It's a bit lacking when it comes to using it as a shared workplace as it's layout, while a joy to look at, is rather bulky and unwieldy.

Its a great tool to manage personal workflow - its visually appealing and easy to use. Huge 3rd party extension library
In an enterprise it gets very expensive very quickly - and a lot of the functionality you need in the workplace can only be provided though 3rd party extensions.

A great general-purpose tool to monitor and visualize project activity.
We use the Trello board as our personal Scrum Board, with specific columns for doing/testing/released etc. and it has helped our team keep on track with what everything is doing. Creating/moving new cards is simple and intuitive.
Moving from one board to another is a bit of a hassle. It would be nice if you could add more meta-data to a card (team name, project group, etc.) so that, with some more intuive filtering, it would be easier to view busy boards more in depth. This feature is currently pretty basic.

My experience was awesome!
I appreciate the simplicity of its workplace features, especially how one can easily add or remove cards on a board for a more elaborate schedule.
I don't like the fact that many of Trello's features require one to 'upgrade' in order to access.

A better way of creating groups and having conversations within an organization compared to microsoft products like team.
Ability to create different groups Notifications Ability to share files photos Way to follow people
Ability to create some addons like trello etc should be good, rather than having them at multiple places. it could evolve more like Slack

I try Workplace for Facebook but it's not serious enough. It's a platform only for share memes and others fake news, and it's not good for the office. You maybe can be losing your focus.
It's like a little Facebook, one social network for the office. But it's not more than that. Only for fun or organiazted some events.
Don't help with daily tasks, for that I recommend Trello for example. And it's very easy lose your time when you're working. I not recommend Facebook in the office.

For us, it wasn't a good fit. We had already implemented systems that Workplace could do. I guess if you were starting from scratch and your employees were on facebook, it might be worthwhile. But working through a social media site is tempting to just start scrolling through the news feed.
It had ways to video connect with employees and share ideas. It was a good way to stay in touch and sync with what others were doing.
We tried Workplace for a while with the hopes that we could communicate better and transfer ideas. It just didn't work. It was very similar to systems that we were already using and it didn't seem logical to waste our time repeating things and activities. Trello did most of what Workplace did and you didn't have to connect it to social media.
