I'd say try this product at from the trial site: For a overview of the O3Spaces features: fresh Easy to use Usable as Project Workplace or as DMS for a whole company Extendable with a lot of features Works with multiple Office Suites Online Document Preview

Great product out-of-the-box document management and collaboration tool if you want to get going without spending tons on consulting and implementation. Customizable and extensible if you so desire.User friendly and intuitive. Also the software works on our Mac's and PC's.
