The Workzone project management tool is very easy to use.   And getting new team members up-to-speed takes very little time or training.

Some features lack in some minor useful features, such as the inability to attach descriptions or files to project templates that would flow through to all new projects created from those templates.

The reporting feature is fantastic with details and is easy to understand, which is helpful when communicating workload or project status updates.

Overall, I've had a very good user experience with Workzone over the years. As mentioned, my favorite attribute is their customer service and their willingness to listen and improve their product based on user input.

What I like most is the ease of navigating up and down through projects and tasks, and cross project visibility.
