Some features hide behind too many clicks, and small tasks can end up feeling more complicated than they should be. When I’m moving fast, the interface occasionally slows me down instead of helping me get out of my own way.

Not a con for Wrike but specific to my account, we have limitations on the ability to link Wrike with Tableau, which requires me to use a workaround to bring in Tableau data.

Building out workflows, projects, dashboards, views, and dependencies takes time—and can feel overly complex. While this level of customization is powerful, it can make setting up even a simple project more cumbersome than it should be.

This is less convenient when expanding the use of Wrike in other departments, since you would usually aim at key person first, before fully getting acces to another 5 seats.
