It was easy to set up, fun to learn, and appealing to the eye.
It has a beautiful user interface and is intuitive to use.
It is still maturing in some of its features. In the future, I hope it adopts some of the features in Monday.com.

Overall Wrike is a useful tool but has certain downsides in terms of UI/UX so if you are looking just for a tool that can solve your problem of Time Tracking and Project Management then go with it and if UI/UX is a thing you look at then there are many alternatives available.
Wrike provides great management support that makes tracking different people's work simple and time-saving. I personally follow the Agile development approach at my Company and Wrike provides a simple yet powerful solution to keep track of everything.
Wrike is a bit costly for Startups who just need some basic services and it doesn't have that amazing UI/UX Experience compared to Monday.com

I use wrike on a day to day basis to stay on tasks. Without it, I get swamped easily and forget to do things. Its the main reason I was looking for something like it.
They have a free account! But regardless, compared to what others offer in the same category, wrike has them beat hands down. I switched from several project management softwares until I found wrike.
Its a bit simplistic in design which is why it works great. However, Monday.com is much more visually appealing. If wrike could be like that, it would be awesome.

The interface is nice and easy to use (although I like Monday.com even better). Assigning tasks is simple, and there are a lot of useful tools available.
Some of the most essential tools need a premium upgrade to access, and it gets expensive. It would be nice if you could just buy widgets that you need.

Fair enough. I mean, I can recommend it. But not as confident as the one we are using now. But if the using thinks Wrike has what it takes, then they can go with it. Overall, I can use it for sure. But I recommend it cautiously.
Typically wrike provides you with all the basics of a PMS - gantt, table, kanban, calendar, listing etc. Great for simplier task management and even to those elaborate ones. Nice task organizations, searchability etc...
Customer support. CS is a bit resistive when it comes to suggestions. User interface is not that comely as compared to say, Monday.com. Knowledge Base. Need those stuff a little accessible. You still need to go deep dive to get the exact troubleshooting guide. User Interface. PMS is notoriously known to have messy interface, but Wrike just made it to the next level. You need a little bit of a learning curve to master their interface.

Not that intuitive, Wrike is much simpler to use.
Nice layout and how it looks and feels. Great as a tool to manage team work and work in collaboration
Customer service is poor unless you pay for the top tier plan

By and large, great! All in all, I have utilized a few PMS like Trello, Slack, Jira, Wrike and the preferences - Monday.com is the firecrackers and the key part in the business. Assuming you have basic ventures to make due (which I'm discussing project supervisors) this
Work process Arrangement. Here, you can arrange your work process to your souls content - upheld by many there accessible gadgets. Computerization. An exceptional component of Monday.com I haven't utilized or found for certain different PMS. It works really hard of poking everybody of regular undertakings. Adaptability. Reasonably easy to use. Modified modules, visuals, work processes and so on. And so on. Client care
Cost. This can be costly for solo clients. However at that point again they have free arrangements for single clients with limit in it clearly. Specialized. This can in fact charge right away. Can be confounded for first time client, which is reasonable for a Task The board Programming with more extensive and more profound range. Misfires. A portion of the capability keeps an eye on misfire in some cases. Such with you colorize text to underscore it. Will in general conflict with the client.

I use it daily for a client of mine. They are actually just about to make the transition to have Monday take the place of Hubspot and potentially Wrike. It has been great, and my client and I are very excited about new integrations, features, etc.
I love the board look and use of the software. It is also extremely user friendly and easy to learn/use. The features are able to cross most if not all business departments with functionality.
Some features are just a bit lacking like having a "list" automatically populate a new item doesn't exist at the moment that that feature alone would be wonderful. But I think it is only a matter of time before it is implemented.

Overall, excellent! I mean, I have used several PMS like Trello, Slack, Jira, Wrike and the likes - Monday.com is the fireworks and the linchpin in the industry. If you have critical projects to manage (which I'm talking about project managers) this one is indespinsable.
Workflow Configuration. Here, you can configure your workflow to your hearts content - supported by hundreds of there available widgets. Automation. A killer feature of Monday.com I haven't used or found with some other PMS. It does a good job of nudging everyone of everyday tasks. Customizability. Fairly user friendly. Customized modules, visuals, workflows etc. You name it. Customer Support. Best customer support with high product knowledge.
Price. This can be expensive for solo users. But, then again they have free provisions for single users with threshold in it obviously. Technical. This can be technically taxing at first. Can be complicated for first time user, which is understandable for a Project Management Software with wider and deeper span. Glitches. Some of the function tends to glitch sometimes. Such with you colorize text to emphasize it. Tends to go against the user.

Simple and easy to use and I enjoy being in the dashboard (rather than 'dreading' entering my task / PM area). It's pretty cool when you look forward to seeing what's going on 'today' rather than avoiding it :)
Really clean, user-friendly interface. Tons of features and functions but presented in a way that does not overwhelm you.
There are some really obvious functions that are still missing, like being able to write task summary on the main task and then having sub-tasks hanging off from that. They have "work-arounds" but having it directly, as is the case with what Wrike does, would be WAY bette
