The overall view of all of our projects is the biggest benefit; I have an easy-to-view format of what everyone is currently working on, where we are on schedule/overdue, and where all of the time is being spent without asking people for the information. Because I was able to customize the dashboard to fit what my team needed to see, including task completion, individual workloads, deadlines, etc., all into one screen. If I had gotten home from a late night at work right now, I would be able to pull up Wrike and tell you what state each of our active projects are in by only clicking two times.
