Overall, the product is great! The support team is very responsive whenever I reach out and they provide a lot of video explanation to avoid the mincing of words. I think this is the best and most obvious choice for anyone that is looking for an investor portal for their investment firm.

No delay delivery option on email communications. This would be helpful for us when we send out reporting.

While not its original intention having an Investor CRM is a critical first step.
