We encountered several instances where the software would not allow us to track finances correctly resulting in our numbers always being off. When creating commission disbursement documents you can only break it down into a few categories. If you run teams with different individual splits you will be required to complete the figures on your own and then input them in an override.

I would like the ability to run more reports to really track my deals and commissions.

Daily notices about pending documents is annoying--especially if the item is not applicable to the transaction.

Being able to create your own form packages is an option, but requires a lot of time building.

CDA’s are made in a breeze with several categories and options for breakdowns for different cap levels and splits. When creating a CDA you would need to toggle between two different areas and the system did not allow for this easily.

The prefilled forms and automatic commission calculations are game-changers.

I feel like even if the office admin adds a contact for an agent, states the contact belongs that agent, the agent as the transaction owner should be able to edit the contact at any time instead of being blocked from it.

It’s especially annoying when a small typo forces you to re-enter dozens of fields.

It’s been two months since I had switch a business bank account and I’m still having Braintree issues so I can close the old account.

Sometimes I will get a picture format that I can upload but not view.

Also, once in the System, I would like to have a way to organize the documents in a checklist.  

Aside from that, I’m a fan — it’s a solid platform that truly supports brokerage operations.

I use it to keep the office transactions managed.

Enter names when you do not auto populate the name.

Also, one of the fields that you should let me drop onto a line would be name of one of the principles.

Locked into an extremely overpriced system, limited support, and bottom line Brokermint was incapable of doing some of the bare minimum requirements.

ZipForms and DocuSign are 100 times better and more user friendly.

I like the transaction management part of BoldTrail.

Their customer service is a joke and their reps are not friendly or easy to work with.

It’s been great so far minimal problems and what issues we have the support has been prompt to take care of it.

On Mobile I have a hard time seeing if an email signature was requested and if completed or mot completed

I don't like that all transactions are listings- there are buyers and sellers - and there is not a way to have it say buyer.  

Every time we have had a suggestion or needed support, it has been readily available.
