I really wanted Lone Wolf Back Office to work for my brokerage, but the lack of automation and integrations made it incredibly inefficient.

For a busy brokerage environment, efficiency and automation are critical, and this system did not meet those needs.

The reports and commission statements look nice, but the operational functionality felt very underdeveloped.

The software was never set up properly we spent 100's of hours trying to get it working.

I purchase new software and had it up and running in no time with no issues.

The archaic software is so dated and not user friendly at all.

Updating commissions do not always flow through to updating commission splits and HST. When using on the cloud, there can be many reasons for the program to stop responding (including printing), and because there is not an internal email server, the outgoing email can stop unexpectedly, so IT has to kick the person out of the program and they have to log back in.

Did not like it at all, canceled it, and went back to a more simple and more effective and more affordable process

The accounting side worked fine, our issue was the support (or lack) of and the issues we consistently had with wolf connect.

Broker wolf needs to cut back on the programs and focus on the software brokerages are buying - they need to be user friendly; not so difficult brokerages have to hire another part of brokerwolf to fix it.

The program is terrible and has more "bugs" than any other that I've worked with.  

Spent over an hour on the phone with them and still no resolution.  

This product should never had been released until these issues were sorted out.  

Customer service/tech support is also a joke.  

Did I mention that the issue was brought to their attention over a week ago?

In its early days, Brokereolf was a decent set up. As time progressed, they’ve outsourced, added too much and charged too much.

All of our sales are entered into Back Office as well.
