Prior to using Brokersumo I constantly was having to manually keep track of everyone's sales using excel spreadsheets which was very inconvieant. Brokersumo put all the information in a much easier format to read and input.
So far this product is great for tracking our office and individual agent commissions. We recently started using it. So far so good.
They seem to be understaffed as it is hard to get someone on the phone who knows what they're talking about. My trainer, Tawni, is excellent and has been so patient.
I like that it connects to Quickbooks; although, I haven't used this feature yet. Brokersumo has many software integrations.
You can't customize the reports unless you pay extra for Zoho Reporting.
