With Kunversion, I could see the source of the lead and any notes the agents added as they talked to the leads (like if they've called 10 times and no one has answered, or if they added their sister-in-law so it's not a random lead from the internet).

I had a ticket open for over 6 months trying to fix how an image was displaying on my homepage and there is almost no way to escalate an issue so you keep babysitting the ticket for weeks.

Creating, customizing, and adjusting SmartPlans can be confusing, especially when trying to tailor them to different lead sources or client types.

I need their logins to be able to fully help them with leads since that's the only way to see the notes and lead activity.

Some features are limited outside the US, like the zip code thing to get listings, or mexican phone numbers cant register.

Least Client support and use of some of the advertising features:  I used both in 2025 and found it time-consuming and difficult to reach a knowledgeable support team member.

I would not be able to help my agents half as well without the support team's guidance and responses. Because of the support I receive, it encourages my agents to continue to use the platform as well.

They take almost 10 minues to respond to each chat message, but if you do not respond in less than 2 they start messaging asking if you left the chat already.

First, the professional communication, 2nd, the suggestions profiled to each client and the composing of emails.

What I like least about Lofty is the setup process for SmartPlans. While they are powerful once running, the initial setup feels time-consuming and not very intuitive.

I don't know how to use it to its fullest capability and in order for me to become a "super-user" I need to spend more time with the trainings and testing out the different features.

The worst part is, once you've invested all the time and effort into building your website yourself, you are stuck because you cannot take it with you if you leave Lofty.

The Task reminder is so helpful with staying on task each day so that I don't miss important follow ups with clients.

So many features can make it overwhelming at times, but breaking it down to smaller pieces makes it more manageable.

I'm sick over it, I've agonized over leaving it because it really does offer so much - but it's come to a point where I'd probably be more efficient running my business with a rolodex and wall phone.

Some items that are included and ways to reach clients are difficult to navigate and create.  

Lead follow-up that actually works: Smart plans + texting/email that keep agents from dropping the ball.

Its been great, as an agent this is a great tool to keep your clients busy looking at listings while you know exactly what they are looking at.

My experience was nothing short of headaches, lots of conversations w/ tech support, zero follow-through days later, micromanaging a list of problems w/my website, speaking w/upper management with zero concern for my account.  

I'm picky & I expect certain words/language to be avoided in a group Zoom training meeting such as "here, this & there."

I'd like to see more integration with the rental industry, namely landlord/tenant and investor relationship contact record connection.  

I've used a handful of CRMs before joining my current team and I have never gotten the kind of support and consistent training (with awesome people, I might add!) that I get with Brivity.

Also, their customer support is very responsive - even on weekends there is usually someone in the Facebook group that will answer your question.

Good overall, powerful features, but ultimately too costly for my team and we found other similar but less costly solutions.
