CMAflow overview
What is CMAflow?
CMAflow is a valuation notebook for residential real estate agents.
What an agent knows about a client, a property and a street is recorded once and is already there in the analysis, in the client email, and in Monday's briefing. Nothing is entered twice, so every listing starts further along than the last one.
The report arrives with its evidence attached. Each comparable is adjusted toward the subject with the reason printed beside it, and the range reflects how much the evidence actually supports rather than how confident anyone feels. The seller opens it as a live link on their phone, sets a comparable aside, and watches the number recalculate. The agent's own commentary appears under their name.
Before the appointment, CMAflow shows where the seller will push back and where the report already answers it. When the analysis is not strong enough, it says so and names what is missing.
