I like that Enumerate offers the ability to easily add CCRs and set the templates to auto populate

Integration with "companion product" Engage is weak, like 2 disparate programs shoehorned together that were designed to be independent. Despite advertising "works best with Chrome", the webpage refuses to load in Chrome, instead displaying "loading" in perpetuity.

Many of the updates that occur have unintended consequence, such as temporarily impacting abilities to correspond with owners or record transactions.

The only negative experience that I have had is in regards to the Engage site is that it took several months to build the Engage sites for several new communities that we took on which caused frustration for the owners.

The accounting prepaid feature is a bit complicated to set up so i reach out for assistance form one of the reps.

The only problem I have is sometimes I like to go on at night when the servers are updating and you can't get anything done at that time.

I have a ticket in for this currently and it has taken the representative weeks to respond every time I email them back.

With a few tweaks, it could have more stars, but there are still a few annoying bugs that cause a slowdown in productivity.

Sometimes, the email system will not send the email to all recipients, but the help desk is always prompt to respond and fix issues

You see the cursor spinning for 30+ seconds many times throughout the day.

Several times when the software upgrades happened it created more issues with things that were working just fine.

It is not useful that payments must be processed exclusively through ZEGO.

It is our one-stop for everything that we need from accounting to violations.

The accounting tools are HOA-specific and easy to use, and the resident portal makes it simple for owners to pay dues and submit requests.

Over all the Enumerate system is easy to navigate, the community and owner dashboard are well laid out, information is easy to follow and enter, financial overviews are easy to read.

The old saying you don't know what you don't know is so true and that is why Enumerate as set up training for us which we do weekly on different topics.

It would be much easier if the sorting put things in actual order.

Password protection for owner portals makes login difficult.

Coming from someone who has worked with TOPS/Enumerate for over 7 years & my previous employer left Enumerate for Vantaca, I can truly say that I'm so happy to be working with Enumerate again.

Also when you are searching for an address how all the addresses pops up.

Best thing if I forget they make sure they follow up on a follow up that has not been cleared.

I have used several management platforms, Appfolio, Yardi, and some others, but this one by far is the best

After getting to know Enumerate, it's easy to use without hassle.

I do like that you can access it from anywhere from any device. And the speed of accessing the database is much faster than Tops Pro.

Sadly we changed management companies and they have their own software I went to cancel after paying set up fees ( around $2,000) to find out I am bound to a 3 year contract no exceptions.

Now, the email function is sending violation letter to previous [sensitive content hidden], and previous previous [sensitive content hidden], who knows whenever that will be fixed.

My building (at least for now, as I am actively working to replace them) uses Sharma for our bookkeeping and accounting.

They're an absolute nightmare to deal with - I closed on an apartment in Oct 2022 (It's now Sept 2023) and instead of creating a new account they co-mingled my account with the prior [sensitive content hidden] who was deceased.

Association Admin

They cannot/will not provide the data necessary to comply with WA state law despite repeated requests. As such, we cannot use the email function embedded in the software, which is a considerable liability and creates lots of extra work.- Collection levels and holds do not function as described. When an owner pays in full, the software is supposed to automatically release the assigned collection code but it doesn't.- Without a strong internet connection, the mobile app will not function properly.

The support and continued training on the software is amazing.

This issue isn't well addressed in the solicitation and training offerings.- Knowing and understanding all the little quirks to support full functionality is a fulltime job. If you don't have TONS of time to dedicate on an ongoing basis, this is not the software solution for you.- Glitches and minor service interruptions are expected occasionally, our response is what sets us apart.
