Our commitment

Independent research methodology

Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.

Verified user reviews

GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.

Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.

How GetApp ensures transparency

GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Pros

Pros

“What I like least is when running a task report for work orders, if the work order is scheduled on the calendar for automatic daily tasks, when I run the report, it won't show the work order details.”

Lisa S.

Assistant Property Manager

“Daily activities such as reviewing reports, approving payments, sending notices, or uploading documents are straightforward and require minimal training.”

Diana G.

Association Manager

“The ability to track tasks, manage homeowner requests, and keep documentation centralized really improves productivity and accountability across the board.”

Cons

Cons

“From gaslighting, to blaming everything on user error, to jumping the gun, to giving false information, to not reading through the entire support thread, to not listening to any explanations, to long response times - the list goes on.”

Shane I.

Accountant

“Updates and merges to the new system, where components no longer work, or the option to add a message or add a photo on the app is there for the manager to work with and does not record in the actual file. Since it's no longer an option in the new system, we need to create a new process for action items.”

Jamie H.

Community Manager

“Had to have HOA reset my password but still can't actually access anything because of the original problem of inability to get last pop-up.”
