What is Imoview?
Imoview is software for real estate management, responsible for digitalizing operations and centralizing activities in an integrated environment. With this solution, it is possible to manage services, monitor the conversion rate of each broker, and access the history of negotiations.
Regarding the commercial management of the business, Imoview offers updated marketing data on the media that are generating the highest return, and also allows integration with the main real estate portals and the RD Station platform. On the administrative side, the software organizes contracts and entries, calculates income tax, generates collections, and creates graphics and spreadsheets, as well as enabling a detailed control of rented properties and the payment of different charges, such as condominium and IPTU.
For finances, Imoview has mechanisms to monitor cash flow, accounts payable and receivable, and an automatic Managerial DRE, which summarizes the financial activities of the business and shows its operating costs.
