Pros
I love the squeeze and landing pages. I love my websites and will be coming up with great ideas and ways to utilize all of these amazing tools.
I love the ability that the software provides to work for you with the automated responses and its ability to integrate with IDX websites.
I had been using it with my previous company and when my new company told me it was what they were using I was super excited to be able to stay with KVCore.
Cons
I have lost new leads due to the ugliness of the (unconfigurable) text messages that the system sends automatically.
Extra for a smart number??? Ridiculous!!! I pay $30/month to CallRail for up to 10 smart numbers!!! CRM "Reminder" interface: Clunky, almost unusable. Automatic Behavior alerts": Absolutely awful.
Inability to clon campaigns and not having a variety of campaigns. Also, when sending an email, no way to determine if the email was delivered or read.

Terrible. Will NEVER recommend them and in fact will warn people not to use them.

Pros

The CRM itself is ok. It has a lot of bells and whistles.

Cons

The lead gen is AWFUL. The sales rep will tell you one thing and you will quickly find out, that's not the case. DO NOT BUY LEADS!

Outstanding! This program has got me organized and kept me in touch with contacts that I may have never thought of without the notifications. Always learning knew uses for the CRM. Thank you and wishing you continued success.

Pros

All in one database that keeps all clients and customers organized. Allows to make "touches", searches, and categorize.

Cons

Lag time. Program seems to drag often needing a cache flush sometimes more than once in a day. Would like to see more options for criteria when searching properties.
