Kenlo is a real estate software ecosystem for agencies and agents in Brazil. Kenlo Imob is its cloud-based CRM for sales relationships; Kenlo Sites provides agency websites, Kenlo Locação handles rental administration, and separately contracted LYA solutions offer AI-assisted workflows. The Kenlo Imob interface is available in Portuguese. It brings lead records, contact history, property portfolios and sales opportunities into one workflow, covering inquiries, visits, proposals, negotiations and closing.
