Their IDX plugin sucks, it stops working all the time, the customer support is nonexistent, and they take your money and don't refund it even if you cancel on time.

Their customer service is very difficult (sometimes impossible) to reach. Even after reaching them, I can only speak with Tier 1 support and they are clueless.

It's a great platform when it works. Unfortunately, the past few moths I've been having issues with little help from the almost non-existent customer service.

The software is great, it does almost everything, but there is a learning curve because it does so much.
