RealPage provides an entire suite of products for a property management company to utilize to manage the properties, which can streamline processes and reduce overall training and increase adoption of products.

Leasing Agent

I like how it synthesizes the unit prices and details and is always accurate with our Yardi system.

At times, responses can be slow or the expectations of implementation time frames are not communicated appropriately.

It syncs with our other systems and website for pricing but it feels a bit clunky to use overall.

You get a buggy and broken platform to work with and access to a chat bot and handful of "training videos".

I filled out R.P.'s outdated W-9 online, then they emailed me that they needed an "updated" W-9, not the one that is supplied in THEIR website.

The help center was my favorite thing about RealPage. While learning to use the system it was wonderful to be able to navigate to the help center to get all my questions answered.

Comments on invoices are ignored, there is a general (repeated) refusal for their teams to utilize data that is within the system to independently resolve issues, and they do not take comments into consideration for overall vendor clarification.

The vendor credentialing platform and process has been really difficult for most team members to navigate, both in practical use, when reaching out for support, and for our vendors.

integrates well with other programs i used in my senior property.

Then I paid $109 to get the P.M. company listed on my account.

I've never had a vendor that has a positive experience getting set up in Vendor Credentialing, and they often cannot get the assistance they need via customer support unless one of our team members does a 3 way call with them, which is unnecessary.

I have used OneSite and OnSite for their property management software.

There is a bit of a learning curve and it can be more difficult to teach, but once you get the hang of it you're good to go.

The overall quality is equal to the cost, which is not much.

For invoicing, the customer service review of invoices is so frustrating that I kind of gave up with trying so hard to make it easier.

The price has increased so much over the past two years without much changes in the programs capabilities on the commercial side or reporting side.

I upload insurance documentation and the person on the other end can never follow it since they are not educated properly how to read insurance documents. If items do not match up word for word they are unable to see that it is still valid.

Not great - I've found that it is generally more difficult than it feels like it should be to complete routine tasks in Real Page.

As with any software, I guess the only thing would be the outages and freezing up from time to time.

It allows us to accurately track our rent prices and compare them to the market.

It causes delays that shouldn't happen, and it's just far harder than it should be.

For a decade now, Realpage has been a trusted companion for me.

For a software package that has an accounting function built in, it is in no way intuitive as to how to pull data (i.e. Balance Sheet and Income Statement).

Functionality of Dashboard is good once it's property set up.

Relatively easy to use, offers a decent amount of canned training data, great if you are not accustomed to robust reports and customization

Your web site will not allow submission of docs if they are over a certain size, which is impossible in lengthy insurance docs.

It was easy to learn and have not had any issues with it.

Supposedly this is supposed to keep our rental rates in balance with market demands. But there is really no need for me to access the data here in order to help my customers.

I will say they do get back to you, but with very little helpful advice on how to fix things.  

These people care about one thing, and it sure as hell isn't having a satisfied customer.
