Property Administrator

A lot of User Interface gap connections, Scripting is difficult with little guidance of which Class/Function applies to what etc., NO Free add-ons, Tenant difficulty using/instruction on use, limited # of users can access at one time, rent manager university only has 1 profile included, can be extremely costly with addition of all of the add-ons to make it the way you want it to function which can be time consuming trying to find alternative ways to make things work.

Rent manager's customer service department is great as well they will help you with all issues and if they do not know the answer they will ask their team leads so that all information is accurate the first time.

It has streamlined our property‑management processes, improved tenant communication, and helped our team stay organized.

It's very thorough with all of the features for tenant/rent management, easy access to numerous reports, user friendly, security features are impressive, and the process management aspect is super easy to navigate. but most importantly the customer service is EXCEPTIONAL!

It would be nice if there was a way to set up automatic notifications to tenants when any charges are added to their account, but otherwise no real issues.

It would just make it easier to recognize things that need to be reclassed or to help explain to a board member or investor where certain numbers come from without having to do a lot of research.

Works well for the basic aspects like tracking tenant/owner/property data and communications and the customer service agents are pleasant.

Sometimes it has bugs, like when you open something, it takes a lot of time or completely shuts off the program and you need to log back in

I honestly do not have a concern about anything with Rent Manager. If I have concerns about the ability to do something, I simply call the toll-free support line and am quickly assisted with a resolution.

They have great reports and lots of customization options as well as integrations.

As an all-in-one solution, I no longer need a separate system to track maintenance, which was a pain point for us.
