To register several children, parents have to make as many separate transactions, receive several separate invoices and have to use false e-mail addresses for each child, since the same address can only be used once in the system. And despite all this, Bsport imposes a 12-month contract with no possibility of termination, even in the event of a major service malfunction.

The templates for automated e-mails that are sent out to your customers (e.g. booking confirmations) are customiseable with your studio logo and colour.

My experience reveals a business model built on trapping clients in contracts rather than providing a working product.

Still, as a paying customer, I have the right to receive support—but the customer service team has simply gone silent for over a week, ignoring all my emails. If you want to run your business smoothly, avoid this company at all costs.

I’m sharing this not out of frustration, but out of transparency — so other independent studio owners and wellness professionals can make informed decisions when choosing a booking platform.

Class management is a breeze, and security has never been a problem.   Since migrating across to Bsport, what I love the most is the customer support I have received during all steps of the platform transition.

The strong commercial focus, the lack of understanding, and the poor listening to who we are as a company—both in conversations and in email communication.

The interface is intuitive both for staff and clients, and the support team responds quickly and always helps when needed.

I consider this a scam because the manager knew our studio's specific seasonal needs from the very start (June).

I signed up in the hope of having a good booking system and improving the customer experience, but this turned into months of technical problems and daily frustrations.

What I liked least is that sometimes customers with existing accounts elsewhere cannot open a new account with the same email.
