The requests you send them feels like they are sent to the space and no one knows when they come with a response.

Although lots of functions work perfectly, sometimes the function that you need doesnt work properly or there is a problem with the functionality.

Still, as a paying customer, I have the right to receive support—but the customer service team has simply gone silent for over a week, ignoring all my emails. If you want to run your business smoothly, avoid this company at all costs.

Overall, bsport made it much easier to manage our gym operations.

To be honest it's the customer support, I may have given up if not for that. But after pushing through, even though I still have a lot to learn I am becoming more familiar with the platform.

I’m not a fan of the new AI-generated support replies, which often miss the point and don’t provide real help.

However, I couldnt find a better service provider and stayed with them although I did several meetings with others.

I am happy with the price of the system, you get a lot with the initial platform and then add on's should you need/want them.
