I am not the easiest customer as i spent more time on the gym floor than managing the software but since having regular check ins with mark its really helped me improve the business.

I have card machines that run at 0.40% transactions compared to the 1.85%.

The app sometimes is glitchy and freezes we have recently struggled with having members not being able to book classes when they are pay as you go customers.

I love the functionality, and especially love how supportive [sensitive content hidden] is if I ever have a query.

We provide a co-working space rather than a sports club/yoga studio and I would have understood had they put us in the ‘too hard’ basket. But they have given us help at every step and are highly responsive, either responding by email, live chat or scheduling Teams calls to talk us through our implementation. And they are really great people to deal with.

I think it’s a good system and believe that it can be very effective in running our business, I just feel limited due to lack of knowledge on how to use it.
