There are many ways for a new staff member to click the wrong button and mess something up in a way that can fly under the radar and create problems down the line. While it is great that there are many ways to manage members, I believe that operations could be more streamlined.

I wish their could be a portal for both mom and dad since it is difficult for families who are separated and are not allowed to contact each other to add people to the pick up list due to the primary parent refusing to add pick up people for the other parent.

In addition, integrations with other software platforms did not always work seamlessly, creating extra manual work in certain situations. While the software is powerful overall, there is definitely room for improvement in user experience, speed, and modernization of the interface.

What I liked most about Daxko Operations is how simple and intuitive it is to navigate, making it easy to find features quickly, complete tasks efficiently, and reduce the time needed for training or troubleshooting.

The biggest downside to Daxko Operations was that the system could sometimes feel outdated and slower than newer cloud-based platforms.

I do have a great experience with Daxko Operations, been using it for a while now, 4 years and love to navigate it, perform a variety of functions as I work and can help another learn to use it as well.

I also appreciated that the interface became more intuitive after regular use, especially for tracking member information and running reports.

Like the rows photos and being able to look back quickly for members to get information. When signing up members for an event (like swim lanes) you can click on all available to see where there is an open event.

My overall experience with Daxko Operations was mostly positive because it helped centralize many of the tasks needed to manage daily operations efficiently.

Processing payments is reliable and works well for our organization, we have never had a problem with automatic drafts.

Reporting features were useful, but customizing reports was sometimes more complicated than it needed to be.

I feel that the rapid check in screen has improved significantly in its function in the ability to have carry over from one user to the next and from one window to the next.

Daxko has not updated the "Need to sign agreement" alert.   Since the site was launched this message appears on every profile ever time someone logs in: therefore, we don't know who to update and who to not update.  

Then there are very good analytical features where you are able to run a various number of reports in real-time.

I do not like that I don't have an easy way to see the number of people who have checked in during the last 60-90 minutes.   And this is only con that I am have seen in the first two shifts at the front desk with the new system.
