What is EventPro360?
EventPro360 is a cloud-based golf course software designed to help businesses create custom dashboards to manage event-related operations. The platform enables administrators to edit and personalize drop down lists, service charges, and document templates on a unified interface.
Managers can synchronize existing event calendars with Microsoft Outlook and Google Calendar and automatically notify employees regarding updates via email. EventPro360 allows teams to create documents for proposals, contracts, invoices, confirmation letters, and event orders on a centralized dashboard. Operators can also record information related to interaction with prospects or clients and schedule touches for upcoming events.
EventPro360 lets businesses generate reports to view historical sales, cancelled projects, and forecasts and export them in XML or PDF formats. Supervisors can also gain insights into specific event types, guest count, budgets, and revenue breakdown based on selected date ranges.
