Expanding the help section and making it easier to search for articles or troubleshooting steps would make it much quicker to find answers on the fly without needing to reach out directly.

Compliance: Implementation of SMS 10DLC federal requirements was slow. When I raised the unlimited texting not working within the system—a problem that should have been addressed almost a year prior—they failed to inform me until the system failed entirely. While the platform promotes many features, the fundamentals needed to run my small Pilates studio were never reliably delivered. As I try to find a better solution, I have been GHOSTED by customer support.

I'd also like to see the communication options for 1:1 clients to improve such as being able to send voice messaging and create and upload video recordings (right in messages or the discussion room) to clients and/or inside the discussion rooms for programs we are running as well.

I'd also like to be able to integrate more than myfitness pal into the app - i use mymacros+ for my clients and to be able to connect that over would be supreme for myself but overall my clients experiences as well.

I'm a bit worried that the finished app will not be intuitive or easy for clients to use in terms of finding workouts that fit their needs quickly.

It feels like a product that is still finding its stride and is not as visually appealing for customers as many of the other interfaces they see on a daily basis or as other fitness apps often are.

There has been confusion for some parents on the registration process but most of that comes from user error. If there was a way to have registration lead to a breakdown / tutorial on how to use the app, that would help parents a lot.

We were still able to function well and carry on our business but after learning of wellness living's platform and the innovations in their software compared to exercise.com, it was very clear that it was in the best interest of the business to transition to the new platform.

It is pretty intuitive I guess however it has been really helpful for [sensitive content hidden] to walk me through things that I was not able to quickly figure out on my own.

Additionally, some advanced customization options may require more technical knowledge. While the platform is comprehensive, it can be overwhelming for those just starting out.

Their features are clunky - there are just so many of them that we don't use.

Clients only need to use one single app rather than multiple apps for scheduling, billing, and training.

I have yet to come across an issue or feature exercise.com hasn't been able to set up for me or find an alternative for.

Only thing I could say is that it doesn't directly integrate with Wix but with the sub links used it should make everything seamless.

I was worried that my app wasn’t going to be done in time for launch, but she ensured to make it happen two weeks early!!

I like that it is all encompassing for communication, payments, workouts, and client database.

The workout notes for each section are not visible unless you back out into the overview of the workout.

However, as we evolved as a business and our specific needs became more clear, we felt limited and slowed down by the platform in significant ways.

Offered an "all-in-one" platform and there were no tiers for different client totals.

They are always quick with responses and troubleshoots regarding maintenance and making sure we are up to date with every update.

The group feature is very confusing with assigning certain programs to certain members.
