Some clients have had trouble adding payment details and had to try more than a couple of times. Occasionally the translations into English are a little unclear and can cause confusion.

The ability to make templates is very good. I haven't got to use the smartlists yes but I'm sure I will.

Their customer support team is just the best. They provide you with all the steps so I could start with the set-up.
