I would and have highly recommend Fitli, my experience has been nothing but great!
The Fitli software is super easy to use. I used to use another brand that was ridiculously complicated. Fitli is super easy to set up and their customer service is amazing. Both of these things are super important to me.
There are no cons. I love Fitli, they have been great for me in all ways!

Your customer service is TOP RATED. The response for every issue I had was address. The software is a bit clumsy and I spent a lot of time getting customers on board and schooled on how to get access to a desired class.
Support is VERY ACCESSIBLE. Worked well with Zoom
Getting customers on the platform is not intuitive Asking for a credit card so early in the process can be off-putting

Overall, fitli is an awesome online service for personal training services/businesses. It acts as my personal assistant and makes it easy for my clients and myself to use when booking/scheduling appointments.
I love the ease of use and thr superb customer service that the Fitli customer care team provides. This is a wonderful company to use for personal training businesses.
Sometimes my clients have difficulty signing up on the app/laptop before they start their personal training sessions.
