I am rather certain my issues with FLiiP are from my own ignorance. And, the class menu that appears when you hover over a class is large and usually in the way.

It started out great, but by the end it was horrible. If customer service was better and the re-occurring tech issues I had for 6 months were fixed quickly, I would’ve stayed; however, this was not the case. If you are looking for a platform with great customer service that fixes your issues quickly, I do not recommend.

When I tried to switch over to a different software, the company would not give our client billing information to our new software provider and became entirely unresponsive to keep us on the platform for longer by holding our client information hostage. Before we planned to leave the service, we brought up many concerns with what we were told the software could do and what it was actually able to do and the customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful.

Payment plans and recurring billing doesn’t cancel and then people are charged and you need to refund, but you lose all of the processing fees.

To begin, the data migration process was extremely mishandled. Despite multiple warnings from my team and me about which reports not to use, and our efforts to provide accurate, curated CSV files, our concerns were repeatedly dismissed.

I was told there would be a specific feature by the time my account was set up, I told them I can’t switch to their software without that feature… that was 18 MONTHS AGO.

They don’t give you access to your backend payment processing… this should have been the only red flag I needed, but alas.

They don't have any intake forms that can be used immediately, which means you have to enter them manually and, in addition,  you can not sent them separately to the customer.

It could be a training issue, or potentially they have a high turnover rate and the support person is new and doesn't appear to now the product very well.

We are extremely disappointed. If you're considering migrating your business to Arketa, we strongly urge caution. If you're just getting started, insist on access to a test environment so you can verify how the features actually work—not just how they’re described in sales calls.

Yes, there is an online help chat line, and there are recorded instructional videos, but I found I would sit for hours with many different windows open on my computer, trying to "fix" my ongoing issues, as I followed the instructional videos.

Customs cannot rent videos for over 3 months, i've sent many follow ups and asked for escalation meetings, only to be brushed off or ignored.

At this time, I was tied into a 6 month contract in which, I paid in full because I could get a better rate. But, between selling my business, a move of our family of 6, some health setbacks and a change of direction, I had to cancel my contract.

They are constantly doing updates that disrupt and disable original settings.

In addition to overpromising during the sales process, we have consistently had to backtrack and re-educate our members about features and capabilities we were told existed but simply don’t.

Horrible - I totally regret leaving mindbody and do not recommend this software at all. If you want to spend hours manually doing tasks and contacting tech-support, then you can try Arketa

I migrated to Momence in June 2024. After I migrated to Momence I sent a formal request that our information be completely deleted from their platform in appliance to GDPR standards.

However, what they do, unlike every other CRM company is tack on additional percentages to what the processing company charges, so any savings are evaporated.

Support is often not reliable in handling issues.

Oh, and we LOVE that there is a huge red alert if clients are missing a signed liability waiver.

Home Screen is a blank page-how about putting important stuff like the daily schedule, revenue, tasks & lead tracking there?

It takes a gazillion clicks to navigate through each function-three click rule is standard best practice for software development.

They will promise anything to get the sale and string you along telling you they will update it to accommodate, which never happens.

We are still dealing with the ripple effects of that poorly executed and completely avoidable migration.

With Arketa, many new Automations have been added, and although I worked very hard at updating my account I was really struggling with the lack of communication & support, until quite recently.
