The ease with which managing every aspect of the in-studio experience occurs is bar none, and I appreciate how MT is always looking for ways to innovate and improve its offering.
The HORRIBLE ClassPass integration is a much bigger burden than I thought it would be - just this alone would've been a dealbreaker to switch from ZingFit.
The onboarding process, the customer support and the functionality are all superb.
Just very poorly written and designed software. Also just a terrible company to do business with.
The interface is beautiful and everything is built on top of a solid API.
Requires third party Mailchimp/Mandrill to sent basic transactional emails (reservation confirmed, cancelled, etc) which is insane, no other software requires that and has the basic emails built in.
Customer service is amazing. Their training and ongoing support is great.
All emails come in unsubscribed when you convert from mind body which is a total nightmare. Sales reports are terribly hard to read.
The software is beautiful, easy to use, self-explanatory, and super robust.
Auto Emails not customizable without you knowing HTML coding. No customer service- you have to email anytime there is a problem and there are tons.

This person was ALWAYS attentive and happy to help us with whatever we needed. We explained the entire situation and since then, they have been a great help at resolving any issues we encountered.
Credit card swiping feature on mobile devices is virtually non-functional. Sensitivity of the software on the "wrong" browser, wrong device, after updates, etc is frustrating.
The software is even better than MindBody and my clients love the branded app. We are very pleased with Wellness Living and I would be happy to recommend their services to future potential clients.
However...after several frustrating calls with customer service no one could figure out what was going on. Four hours go by and finally after much frustration we learn that a server went down.
Totally positive great support staff which is important to me because time is valuable and when I need it I need it now.
So you call to complain and they tell you that your "new feature request" will be noted, and when enough other people make the same request they will address it at that time.
I am obviously still learning the new system but thus far, I am super impressed with both the ease of use as well as the stellar customer support.
There are no substantive resources to train new staff with WL- this is entirely on the business to do rather than WL. No worthwhile integrations.
The onboarding was so efficient. The software itself is SUPER intuitive and some things that took 20 minutes in Mindbody only take seconds in Wellness LIving, which I LOVE.
That is a good feeling and I work thru the system daily now w/ great confidence.
For clarity sake, their customer support team is full of really nice people who want to help.

What I like most about the software is the ability to add your appointments quickly to your google calendar. Its been very helpful with managing which appointments I have up for the week.
I am fuming when I block off appointments. People can still book in may have to book appointments in to stop this.
What I like most about the software is the ease of use and simplicity. It works extremely well to schedule clients and then takes some automation out of the followup process which is helpful.
Some of the functions are hidden in weird spots - it may make more sense for larger orgs but for small and single traders, managing preferences out of the 'calendar' section is a bit weird.
This is a super powerful platform to get up and running with and there are lots of awesome tutorials on YouTube for nearly any configuration you can imagine.
At this point in my usage, I am unable to make negative comments.
I love everything about the software so far. From setting up my schedule to having clients book themselves and using the zoom integration for creating automatic calls is awesome.
I don’t like that it is difficult to use with two different websites. I basically have to pay for two subscriptions because it can be difficult to plug in if it has to be used this way.
I liked that I can give special discounts and how user friendly it is to set up, even more non techies like myself. Love how easy it is to link to my website.
My overall experience has been great, I liked the idea of a free trial. I had tried the trial and like how simple the site made booking to my clients.
I am overall very pleased and love how I can update my availability so easily. The integration to all my calendars is so helpful.
The ability for our customization from offerings, to schedules has made this a perfect and economical solution.
Honestly, this was the most seamless and easy program to use. I have been incredibly impressed and have recommended it highly to others in my business network.
I like using it and love that you have a free version for does off you that are just starting out.

Customer support really is top notch. The on boarding team is fantastic and truly went out of their way to ensure we had every available resource for success.
No real way for instructors to leave notes for students, why not. Never use the mass email or text because its just too complicated-these things can be fixed if they gave it some attention.
I do not use it for my business, but have used it as an avid fitness enthusiast for over 2 years. It is nice when gyms all over the country use this software.
It was very overwhelming when I started using it. The app is also pretty bad, although they do update it with new features.
They had great integration to our existing merchant. Great membership customization, billing, customizable charts, and belt promotion system.
Not only were we not satisfied with the software, we were being charged more than double to keep it.
I was and am so happy I can call or email for help. They will walk me through anything and put it in writing for me Incase I need the directions later.
Not intuitive to use - difficult to navigate features.
Zenplanner has awesome customer service, very friendly and helpful.
I enjoyed seeing the workouts that were coming up and planning accordingly. It's great to see what I might expect.
Zen Planner is easy to use and can really help grow your business. It's pretty much an all-in-one software for fitness centers or if you have your own small business.
Not much waiting time and my issues are always resolved. When I started, they're pricing was pretty competitive.
It does help you run your fitness business much more smoothly. I couldn't imagine running a gym without some type of software like this.

I love the New App and the online access. We have used Twin Oaks for several years and the online system is much more user friendly!!! We are very happy so far with what they are doing.
It also makes it difficult manually to clock in because the employees have to change their password so often that they forget it. The biggest complaint is the merchant card service charges.
What impressed me the most was the advance preparation and relatively seamless transition. We were able to customize our software to our industry and have been able to "tweak" it as we go.
The reports are very frustrating as the instructions are not clear and selection criteria is extremely confusing. It is frustrating to run reports and not obtain report data that is consistent.
This is a robust software and a lot to learn. Support team is very helpful.
Customizing modules or pages is mostly impossible, so you are often stuck with a bunch of stuff/clutter on a page that you don't use or need.
Tech support is available 24 hours with a call back feature, Carole in sales is amazing and so are most everyone I have worked with.
Submitting the draft manually. Automatic ability to remove bad billing from the draft after returns occur.
The software makes it easy for us to add and remove options to our Point of Sale System and it does a great job of providing us with a detailed sales analysis weekly, monthly and annually.
We love the ongoing support and accessibility when we have question or need assistance.
It’s an all In one system, I can pull reports of cancelations, sign ups club usage etc etc. Has a very good memo system for our members and is easy to navigate and use.

From the beginning when we began extracting our data to the first monthly draft the Twin Oaks team was there guiding and assisting to make the process a success.
I love the New App and the online access. We have used Twin Oaks for several years and the online system is much more user friendly!!! We are very happy so far with what they are doing.
It also makes it difficult manually to clock in because the employees have to change their password so often that they forget it. The biggest complaint is the merchant card service charges.
What impressed me the most was the advance preparation and relatively seamless transition. We were able to customize our software to our industry and have been able to "tweak" it as we go.
The reports are very frustrating as the instructions are not clear and selection criteria is extremely confusing. It is frustrating to run reports and not obtain report data that is consistent.
This is a robust software and a lot to learn. Support team is very helpful.
Customizing modules or pages is mostly impossible, so you are often stuck with a bunch of stuff/clutter on a page that you don't use or need.
Tech support is available 24 hours with a call back feature, Carole in sales is amazing and so are most everyone I have worked with.
Submitting the draft manually. Automatic ability to remove bad billing from the draft after returns occur.
The software makes it easy for us to add and remove options to our Point of Sale System and it does a great job of providing us with a detailed sales analysis weekly, monthly and annually.
We love the ongoing support and accessibility when we have question or need assistance.
It’s an all In one system, I can pull reports of cancelations, sign ups club usage etc etc. Has a very good memo system for our members and is easy to navigate and use.
Fair and upfront pricing. Office hours are generous, and a 24/7 line is made available for tech emergencies.

They are always improving and updating their features, customer service is great, they are always happy to help and are very helpful and polite and find ways to solve your issues.
Many of my clients pay in person with cash or check, and I have to work around the lack of this type payment.
Ve had nothing but good experiences with OfferingTree’s team. They are always quick to answer my questions and have a great product for an affordable price.
I spent way too much money with another company that tried to do all this and failed.
They have fantastic videos and resources to guide me when I have questions. I really love that they also have a Facebook group where other OfferingTree users are quick to help me out with questions.
I finally got my site up beyond quickly the same day I signed up. I had been working through another venue and struggled for months.

Amilia has appeared to be receptive to feedback and have continued to try to improve their product, which is good to see. I hope that the product continues to get better and better.
Invoices for corporate accounts are terrible (no editable, not credits or additional fees). Students from corporate accounts are difficult to registration from an account level (not family-enrolled).
I like the ability to integrate the store via iFrame, as well as their customer service. Their help staff are all great.
