The Studio Director helps us track class attendance, keep account balances up to date, and the customizable reports are extremely helpful in tracking financial trends.

Customer Service Issue: Phone calls are not answered, a message is left then a call is returned within one hour. It is inconvenient based on time zone and class operating times.

We appreciate Studio Director as our software. Learning curve is simple, Service is exceptional.
