We're currently handling annual registration fees on an individual basis by checking the date the last one was billed, as we haven't been able to get together a report that combines the exact info we need to continue billing these our way.

I'm relatively new to Jackrabbit and can see that they have been and continue to constantly evolve and add functions to improve the system based on the feedback they receive from their users.

When families are paying for something, they have to go through so many steps to process their payment, it can become confusing and in some cases, the payment does not process because of incomplete steps.

Occasionally we will find something that we need to charge a group for and have to find work arounds - for example we have some kids that will get pizza on Fridays and we have to charge the group.

I would like the ability to create reports with specific information that I need, not just prefilled templates.

Calendar integration and options are very lack luster, to the point that we don't use the jackrabbit calendar at all.

Some things are needed to be updated and made easier for the user to use and set up. And I was there was an option to add Square payments to Jackrabbit because that's how some of our payments are taken in person.

I would also like for the integration of class schedules for online registration to be visually easier for the new customer.

Some of the categories in the system are unnecessary for what I use the system for, and some tabs do not lead me to what I think they should.

I do like the location going to different bank accounts.

Also, it would be great to see our income based on when the classes happen on the dashboard at a glance as opposed to when we collected it.

It's not very intuitive and many of the features fall short of ideal. When issues or suggestions are presented to support staff they are often acknowledged and agreed upon but not actually addressed.

It is able to give me all the data I needed to manage the business and quickly manage classes, enrollment, payment, and handle parent questions.

We run classes, open gyms, birthday parties, and track out and summer camps.

JR helps with almost all of our customer management from enrollment, absence and makeup management, customer communication and of course almost all of our tuition collection.

Hard to make or have trouble making group or grouping for email purposes, can only do it with a class or family.

some scheduling options are limited as well as notes for family accounts.

Integration with Gsuite or Apple Calendar would be a godsend for this software - preferably without using Zapier
