We operate a year round swim school and I appreciate the different venues of support that is easily available when issues arise (chat, submit a ticket, schedule a call)

The system is difficult to navigate, requires too many clicks to accomplish a task - for example, just to vie the calendar at a particular location it requires multiple steps to access the calendar, change criteria, click the location, click enter before the location calendar comes up.

Even though students may come in in May and not leave until August or September, they may come back to do a lesson or two in October November before we close.   If I have to put the family into the lead file, I no longer have access to use their credit card for payment.  

The registration form can be trick/long for parents to fill out.

Downloading individual PDF pages, to send progress reports to families without having it include the progress of the whole class.
