In order to assist swim schools with managing their classes and clients, Jackrabbit Swim provides tools for online registration, class management, time tracking, payment processing, billing, and reporting. From the executive dashboard managers and employees with permissions can view upcoming tasks, announcements, alerts, overdue payments, and reports on metrics such as revenue, registrations, past due payments, and more.
The online registration feature can be customized and embedded into any business website to give customers a display of available classes and upcoming events, and provide an online registration form for new students to sign up. Payments can be made online with Jackrabbit Swim's payment processing tools which facilitate discount application, fee calculations, email or printable paper invoices, and electronic credit card or ACH payments. Jackrabbit Swim also integrates with QuickBooks Online for synchronous data recording.
Once enrolled, students have access to a self-service portal where they can view a class calendar, schedules, absences, skills notes, current policies, and more, and parents can also pay any outstanding bills online.
